weapons in the public domain not only leads to mass shootings in public
places, but also frequent "home" tragedies.
According to the report, in 2010 over 18
thousand children were killed or wounded as a result of the use of
firearms. This means that every 30 minutes an American child gets shot.
The number of victims over a 24-hour period amounts to 50 people, and up
