John Kerry Sweating Bullets After Lawsuit Filed Over His Secret Meetings With Iran

John Kerry Sweating Bullets After Lawsuit Filed Over His Secret Meetings With Iran

John Kerry is undermining the United States, working with enemies, this time the Iranian mullahs trying to salvage his deeply flawed Iran nuclear deal. Kerry’s notorious 2015 nuclear deal featured the transfer of billions of dollars (1.7 billion of it on pallets stacked with cash) to the world’s leading exporter of Islamic terrorism.
The anti-Trump resistance – no matter how you refer to his enemies – the Deep State, the permanent bureaucracy, or the shadow government – they have constantly worked to undermine his America First agenda in an effort to maintain the global construct of the past four presidencies.
On May 7, 2018 President Trump announced he was withdrawing the United States from the Iran Nuclear deal, calling it “a one-sided deal that should never, [have] even been made.”
The White House Fact Sheet was posted the next day.  It’s worth a quick once over.  If you choose not to read it here’s the down and dirty: “The Iran Deal was one of the worst and most one-sided transactions the United States has ever entered into.” — Donald Trump
Realizing what Trump was planning, former Obama administration officials and Deep State holdovers began meeting with a number of parties to the Iran Nuke deal.
In the first week of May 2018 it was reported that former Secretary of State John Kerry, who had been the architect of the Iran Nuclear deal, was meeting with foreign entities trying to assure them Trump would soon be neutered. Kerry was blatantly acting on behalf of foreign governments and against official U.S. policy.
At the least, Kerry had violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) for failing to register his lobbying effort on behalf of foreign government(s).  Remember that Paul Manafort has been so severely punished for failing to register under FARA.
Reports were confirming that Kerry was crisscrossing Europe in a desperate attempt to hold the deal together.
Kerry met in London with Hussein Agha, a close associate of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif, telling them “within a year there was a good chance that Trump would not be in the White House.”
Kerry also met in April 2018 with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, separately had meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron, both in Paris and New York, and spoke on the phone with European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
Additionally, Kerry was reported to have quietly lobbied members of Congress, including then-Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and placed dozens of phone calls just before the U.S. withdrawal.
At the worst, Kerry had violated 18 U.S. Code § 953 commonly called the Logan Act:
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Yeah, ya can’t do that.  But that wasn’t the extent of it.  Kerry was joined in undermining Trump’s termination of the deal by other members of the Obama administration.
Judicial Watch, seeking to determine how deeply embedded inside the State Department the seditious conspirators are, filed a FOIA request with with the State Department on May 7, 2018.
JW was seeking:
All records of communications, including but not limited to emails (whether on .gov or non-.gov email accounts), text message or instant chat, between former Secretary of State John Kerry and official of the State Department regarding the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (also known as the JCPOA or “Iran nuclear deal”) and/or meetings between Kerry and Iranian officials to discuss the JCPOA.
More than 11 months after that request JW reports, “Few documents were produced to Judicial Watch in this case, and all were fully redacted.”
So today, Judicial Watch took its case to the courts:
Judicial Watch announced today it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of State for records of communications between former Secretary of State John Kerry and State Department officials regarding “the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (also known as JCPOA or ‘Iran nuclear deal’) and/or meetings between Kerry and Iranian officials to discuss the JCPOA.” (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:19-cv-00777)).
The suits asks the court to order the State Department to release emails, texts, instant chats between Kerry and State Department officials and/or Kerry meetings with Iranian officials
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton explained: “John Kerry wasn’t elected president, so he should avoid colluding with Iran and other foreign government to undermine U.S. foreign policy.  Our lawsuit is meant to discover not only what Kerry was up to but also to unearth who inside the Deep State Trump ‘resistance’ were coordinating with Kerry’s clandestine efforts to undermine the President Trump’s Iran policy.”
In other John Kerry ICYMI: The daughter of Asia’s richest man, oil-and-telecom tycoon Mukesh Ambani is got married to the son of billionaire Ajay Piramal, with a wedding costing $100 million.
Now that might not excite too much comment in the United States except for a few prominent guests who were invited to the pre-wedding festivities. You know it’s not a cheap wedding when you fly in Beyonce for a 45 minute concert.
But the funniest part of the festivities was former Secretaries of State, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton, caught on camera dancing with the king of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan.
Warning: what has been seen cannot be unseen.
