Members of a QAnon-linked election fraud conspiracy group — some of
whom are armed — are knocking on doors of voters across Colorado,
attempting to find evidence of voter fraud.
The group, called the U.S. Election Integrity Plan (USEIP), states
unequivocally that the 2020 election was stolen and that members “do not
consent to be governed by those elected through fraud.”
Volunteers are going door-to-door all over the state, including Mesa,
El Paso, and Weld counties, using public voter lists to identify
precincts from which they believe ballots were fraudulently cast and
asking residents to confirm their addresses, whether they participated
in the 2020 election, and if so how they cast their vote.
The USEIP, which has partnered with the Colorado GOP on local events, just released its “County & Local Organizing Playbook.”
The manual states that some of its early volunteers were sex criminals,
but that it has since implemented a background check as part of its
vetting process. USEIP did not respond to an email request for comment
submitted via its website. This article will be updated with any
response received.
“When a person signed up, we
would check their social media and call them to do a gut check’ on the
person,” the group stated. “This process was in place for many months,
until we learned (roundaboutly) that there were a couple of people in
our group, who were volunteering for our events, who had a criminal
history of sexual misconduct. Since our events are always open for
people to bring their kids, we couldn’t continue to be so relaxed in our
approach…It’s unfortunate that we must check volunteers for pedophilic
leanings, but welcome to 2021.”
On the Western Slope, this effort is being led by Cory Anderson, an anti-government “Three Percenter” militia member and
former leader of “Bikers for Trump Colorado,” whose wife Jacqueline is
the first vice-chair of the Mesa County Republican Party.
The presentations were organized by U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert’s (R-CO) former campaign manager, Sherronna Bishop, and USEIP.
Anderson says he’s leading a team of over 20 volunteers who are going
door-to-door in Mesa County, looking for evidence of election fraud by
asking voters if they indeed cast a vote last November.
The following clip is from Frank’s full presentation, posted by
Bishop. It begins immediately after Frank concludes his remarks.
Bishop introduces Cory Anderson as “not only security but he’s going
to be training all the counties around the state in this voter integrity
project.”
Anderson describes viewing Frank’s presentation as “being redpilled,”
which is slang popular with QAnon followers and the alt-right, for
being introduced to and believing a conspiracy theory.
He goes on to say USEIP has 17 county captains across Colorado and
the goal is to go out and prove Frank’s theory by finding “all those
phantom voters.”
USEIP’s goal is to gather data the group members believe will prove
the unsubstantiated allegations made by Frank, who has become a minor
celebrity in the election conspiracy world. Frank claims to have discovered an algorithm he
insists was inserted via software hacking into the voting machines of
every county in Colorado, as well as many other states, in order to cast
‘phantom ballots’ for President Biden.
Frank told the Colorado Times Recorder, “I’m saying that people printed ballots and mailed them in on behalf of people that were unlikely to have returned to ballot.”
Frank traveled to Colorado in April to present to conservative
activists in Grand Junction and Denver. His evidence consists of graphs
for each county that purport to show more votes cast than registered
voters, a claim debunked by county clerks and election experts.
Nevertheless, his presentation so appealed to USEIP’s conspiracist
members that they have organized members to download and create walk
lists from publicly available voter data and canvass neighborhoods,
asking Coloradans to confirm their identity and participation in the
2020 election.
Both USEIP’s website and the first page of its volunteer manual proclaim, “We Are The Plan,” a QAnon conspiracy slogan intended to encourage followers to stay active despite Trump no longer holding office.
The group is issuing its own ID badges to its volunteers and building
a database of photos of voters’ residences. As progressive blog
Colorado Pols recently reported,
USEIP El Paso County Captain Charity McPike told volunteers attending a
July 24 canvass in Colorado Springs, “We are attempting to line up
security. However, anyone who carries protection might want to let us
know so we can offer your cell phone numbers to those who are
concerned.”
USEIP is also working with the Colorado Republican Party on its “Election Integrity Operations.” A USEIP member runs the state GOP’s program and has given joint presentations along with the group founder, Ashley Epp.
Bishop posted an Instagram video just before she left last week for
My Pillow CEO’s Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium, a three-day election
fraud conspiracy conference, at which she informed her viewers on
USEIP’s voter verification efforts in Mesa County are finished.
“We just finished and we’ve found some problems, but the problems aren’t with the clerk, they’re with the system,” wrote Bishop.
Last week the Andersons, Bishop, and other USEIP members traveled to South Dakota on conspiracist Mike Lindell’s private jet to participate in his Cyber Symposium. Embattled Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, who is now under criminal investigation by both local and federal
authorities for leaks of confidential election information, also
attended the conference, almost certainly also via Lindell’s jet.
Neither Mr. Anderson nor Ms. Bishop immediately responded to requests
for comment. This article will be updated with any response received.

Osama bin Laden banned al-Qaeda from trying to assassinate
Joe Biden because – even over a decade ago – it was obvious he would be a
completely incompetent president that would ‘lead the US into a
crisis.’
The comments were discovered in a message
that bin Laden wrote to an aide identified as ‘Brother Shaykh Mahmud’
(real name Atiyah Abd al-Rahman) in 2010. The 48-page letter was found
with a massive amount of other documents by US special forces in
Pakistan when the terrorist leader was killed in 2011.

In it, he explains al-Qaeda’s plans to
shift resources away from operations in other Muslim countries so they
can coordinate more terror attacks against the United States.
Bin Laden wanted to use the freed up
manpower to create two hit squads that would be tasked with planning and
carrying out attacks on high ranking American officials if they were to
make a trip to the middle east. Obama and the former head of the CIA,
David Petraeus, were the jihadist’s two prime targets.
The express goal was to take out
the then-current president and key figureheads around him so that the
“totally unprepared” Biden would become the new commander in chief.

‘Obama is the head of
infidelity and killing him automatically will make Biden take over the
presidency for the remainder of the term, as it is the norm over there.
‘Biden is totally unprepared for that post, which will lead the US into a crisis.’
‘As for Petraeus, he is the man of the hour in this last year of the war, and killing him would alter the war’s path.’
The documents were first made public in 2012, but have recently
resurfaced with a newfound credibility to them ever since Biden’s
ineptitude and weakness orchestrated the massive failure in Afghanistan
that we are currently enduring.
The decision to withdraw US troops from the country while the Taliban
was primed for a takeover will undoubtedly go down as one of the worst
foreign policy decisions in history. Not only did he arm the insurgents
with their massive stockpile of elite weaponry, he left thousands of US
citizens in the country to fend for themselves as they try to reach
evacuation flights to go home.

Americans have taken notice and for the first time since he became
fraud-in-chief his approval rating dropped below 50% in all the major
polls. The majority of voters also believe that he is NOT mentally and
physically capable enough for the job.
The rest of the world is also furious. Foreign news are saying he is a
‘humiliation’ to the US and has faced intense backlash from global
leaders because millions are expected to flee the terror state and
resettle in their countries.
And no surprise the radicals in his Administration are running cover.

In the end and a decade after he died, Bin Laden got what he hoped for – A Biden presidency.
He was only half right though. Feeble Ol’-Joe has led the WORLD into a crisis.
A months long investigation into the 2020 presidential vote
has found that Democrat-run cities and states used the COVID-19 crisis
to change the rules that likely helped Joe Biden’s ascent to the White
House.
The Republican National Committee report found several
cases in which Democrats used the virus as an excuse to scuttle voter
identification rules, flood mailboxes with ballots, and limit poll
watching and vote-count observations.
“The pandemic brought chaos and comprehensive changes to
voting processes beginning in the spring primaries and lasting through
the post-election process,” said the 23-page report from the RNC’s
Committee on Election Integrity, created by party Chairwoman Ronna
McDaniel.
“Democrats, including some public officials, used the
pandemic as a pretense to achieve long-sought policy goals, such as
expanded mail voting and the elimination of key safeguards, specifically
for absentee voting, such as witness and ID requirements,” added the
report provided to Secrets.
It was focused on the voting process and key areas in
which state voting laws were abandoned, not on county-by-county claims
of voting fraud.
McDaniel, who has weathered criticisms over the election,
immediately set up a new election integrity unit that will challenge
future voting schemes and advise states on election reform.
She told us, “The RNC established an election integrity
committee to examine how Democrats attack election integrity — and more
importantly, to lay out a blueprint for protecting our elections from
the far-left.”
McDaniel applauded the panel’s leaders, Chairman Joe
Gruters and Co-Chairwoman Ashley MacLeay, and said, “Republicans believe
in making it easier to vote and harder to cheat, and we’re building a
historic election integrity operation to do just that.”
Since the election, several in the GOP led by former President Donald Trump
have challenged election results and drawn attention to states where
rules were lifted because of the coronavirus. No elections, however,
have been overturned.
The issues found in the report, shown below, are technical
but amount to improper changes, said the RNC, which provided this list
of highlights:
Democratic leaders leveraged the COVID-19 pandemic as an
excuse to water down election integrity safeguards by ramming through
last-minute changes to the election process.
Many changes were enacted by courts that disregarded
long-standing laws, by Democratic governors who abused their emergency
powers, and by officials such as secretaries of state who ignored state
laws duly passed by their legislatures.
Some public officials used the pandemic as a pretense to
expand mail voting and eliminate key absentee voting safeguards such as
witness and ID requirements. Policies such as automatically mailing
ballots to all voters and waiving ballot delivery deadlines also led to
chaos and decreased confidence in our elections.
The committee also took note of the millions dumped into election coffers by liberals such as Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg.
Now on alert, the RNC plans to fight back. It already
spent $40 million on election integrity initiatives during the 2020
contests. It is building from there.
Officials said that a "year-round election integrity
operation" will be created. They said that will include "hiring in-state
election integrity directors, monitoring state and county-level
election processes to ensure laws are being followed, training thousands
of poll watchers to observe all steps in the elections process, and
continuing to engage in lawsuits that protect and promote election
integrity."
The report issued several recommendations that McDaniel is
acting on and the party sharing with states eyeing reform legislation.
Many of the recommendations are common sense but opposed
by some Democratic lawmakers who instead are using reforms to paint
Republicans as proponents of limiting voting. The committee’s top
recommendations:
Clean up their voter rolls.
Eliminate same-day and automatic voter registration.
Enact ID requirements for all voting methods, while
ensuring officials educate the public on ID requirements and provide
free IDs to those few without one.
Only use voting systems that produce a paper record of a
voter’s selections that is reviewable pre-tabulation and auditable
post-election.
Prohibit ballot harvesting.
Enact uniform and enforceable standards for rejecting and accepting absentee ballots.
Enhance cybersecurity requirements for voting systems,
including that they have no wireless, network, or internet connectivity
at any stage of the election process.
Allow political parties and state legislatures to have standing to bring or intervene in election-related litigation.
Prohibit the acceptance or the use of any
non-governmental, third-party, or private money, grants, or gifts from
outside sources to assist in the administration of an election.
There’s nothing quite like the feeling of being ordered to do
something absurd and being helpless against it. That was exactly the
feeling that washed over many residents of Dane County, Wisconsin, on
Tuesday when an unelected decisionmaker decreed that just two days later, a mask would be required for entry into virtually every indoor space.
The blow might have been softened and resulting ire lessened if there
were any reason to believe this action was going to save lives in the
county that’s home to Wisconsin’s capital city of Madison. But it’s hard
to improve a daily death average of zero.
That inescapable reality — that almost nobody is dying of the Wuhan virus in one of the most vaccinated counties
in the country, yet breathing uninhibited is verboten — is the premier
form of gaslighting from the ruling class of power-drunk elites.
For a year and a half, well-meaning Americans have complied with
anti-science executive decisions and been scorned when they merely
disagreed with the conventional wisdom pouring out of the corporate
press. Each time, lawmakers and bureaucrats weaponized private
businesses to do their dirty work, ordering them to enforce mask-wearing
and social distancing and to keep the peasants in line.
They got away with all of that, despite the mitigation measures
causing catastrophic side-effects such as a waxing mental health crisis,
a massive surge in drug overdoses,
and a huge blow to the education and other cognitive development of the
next generation, the extent to which we will not possibly be able to
ascertain for years to come.
Life is a game of tradeoffs, and there may be some formula of factors
that makes the above trade-offs worth it. But what is Dane County
trying to prevent? Whom is it trying to protect?
Tuesday’s
order prompted a look at the numbers, which revealed an incredible
sustained straight black line at zero — ZERO deaths for the seven-day
average since the middle of May, when the seven-day average was a
whopping single death. The last time the weekly average was higher than
one was before Valentine’s Day. Only one death
has been attributed to coronavirus in this county of more than half a
million people in the last two weeks, with deaths across the entire
state down 34 percent in the same timeframe. See for yourself:
That’s why, when one of the unelected Dane County health tyrants
unilaterally decided it’s time to mask up again — for everyone including
the vaccinated and even toddlers as young as 2 years old — weary residents were driven to rage and worse, to despair.
What on Earth are logical residents to do when the anti-science
authoritarians in power refuse to relent with disruptive rules? What are
they to do when there’s no end in sight and to obey is to betray what
they know to be rational and true?
The
exasperation runs deep because a healthy person wearing a mask among
healthy people is way more than an inconvenience. To obey the absurd
mask rules is to play into the delusions and games of the sadistic
ruling class. Wearing a mask to “save lives” even though nobody is dying
is on caliber with calling a man “she” because he playacts as a woman.
It feels wrong because it is.
The things we say or don’t say, wear or don’t wear, and do or don’t
do are based on more than religious conviction. They’re based on a
fundamental worldview of whether we’re committed to living within the
bounds of reality. We shouldn’t govern ourselves based on what our
neighbor thinks of us. We should live according to what is good and
right and true based on evidence and truth, and we make trade-offs.
If you live in Dane County, you know that East Washington Avenue, the
three-mile thoroughfare west of Sun Prairie that leads to the Capitol,
is a disaster zone, known for crashes, hit-and-runs, and reckless
driving including drag racing at all hours of the night. With five fatal
accidents so far in just the first eight months, 2021 has proved to be
the most dangerous year on East Wash in at least a decade. Just more than a month ago, two pedestrians
were fatally struck on that road within the same week, a tragic reality
but a higher number than Dane County’s weekly COVID death average of
zero.
Yet each day, thousands of drivers and plenty of pedestrians and
bicyclists still opt for East Wash, risks and all. Drivers might get a
ticket if they drive too fast and pedestrians might need to double-check
for the all-clear before they trust the crosswalk, but they assume the
risks and act accordingly.
What
happens if those same people, most likely vaccinated, assess the risks
of COVID and then try to go out to dinner without a mask or attend
church or use their gym? They’ll be forced to mask up or be denied
entry. Within the latest Dane County order is a directive for private
businesses to enforce the new rule because nobody is allowed to
individually assess virtually nonexistent risks from COVID.
This is an outrage, and maybe we’re partly to blame for ever agreeing
to mask in the first place, or at least for continuing to mask after
“two weeks to flatten the curve.” We can’t do anything about our conduct
last year except to learn from it, but we can think about how the
choices we make today will empower callous bureaucrats to exercise
tyranny over our lives tomorrow.
We all have some choices to make. Maybe my maskless self will be
excused from my favorite coffee shop or denied entry to the hair salon,
and I’ll have to suck it up. But what about activities that are harder
to avoid, like getting groceries or using public transportation? At what
point do we stop putting on a mask just to avoid confrontation despite
knowing that at this point, it’s all a farce? If not after a year and a
half and zero average deaths, then when?
It’s way beyond time to reclaim truth and live according to our
principles, not someone else’s lies. We must refuse to wear a mask in
counties where nobody is dying from COVID. Today, that’s Dane County.
Tomorrow, it could be wherever you live.
Simone Biles has
always been an uncontroversial and undeniably talented Olympic athlete,
beloved and admired by the entire world. That is, until this summer’s
2021 Olympics in Japan. During the Olympics, she withdrew from some
competitions and, after the Olympics, she strongly advocated in favor of
abortion. The first act was a personal decision but the second act,
because of her prominence, could have profound repercussions and needs
to be addressed.
As we all know, Biles stepped down from some Olympic competitions this year due to mental health concerns. Some will speculate that she “quit”
because she felt unfairly scored. Others will say a combination of
intense pressure, an aching body, and unbelievably difficult routines
led to legitimate safety concerns.
I won’t pretend to understand what it feels like to be a 24-year-old internationally recognized athlete, often deemed the “best in the world,”
competing on a worldwide stage. However, Biles and I are both type-A
personalities. We are our worst critics, and we’re constantly competing
with ourselves. With that in mind, I can only imagine the immense
pressure Biles feels and how that affects her mental wellbeing.
But
as a new advocate for mental health, Biles is doing an incredibly poor
job of addressing one of the worst culprits of women’s mental health
issues today – abortion.
This week, Biles posted on her Instagram story a request asking for “unpopular opinions.” One Instagram user replied, “abortion is wrong ,”
to which Biles responded with a rant about how she is pro-choice,
especially after experiencing the broken foster care system.
Biles’
first mistake is likening adoption to foster care. She rolls her eyes
at the thought of adoption as a beautiful, life-affirming solution to an
unexpected pregnancy. As the child of an adopted man, I can personally
attest to the tremendous value of adoption. I would not exist without
it. On top of that, foster care and adoption are not synonymous.
Foster
care is a complicated and often broken system, but the ultimate goal of
foster care is to remove children from toxic situations and return them
to their families when that situation is rectified. Adoption, on the
other hand, is a process in which a child is permanently placed with
another family. With adoption, birth mothers have many options,
ranging from open to closed adoption. Many adoptive families are even
willing to pay for a variety of the mother’s expenses during the
pregnancy and birth. Does the foster system need to change? Absolutely.
But that does not negate the beauty and necessity of adoption.
Biles’ second mistake is using her
position of power and influence to deceive little girls into thinking
abortion is okay. Young girls, especially those from minority
communities, look up to Biles as a role model. We know the Spiderman
quote – “With great power comes great responsibility.” And Simone Biles
is, quite frankly, functioning as an irresponsible role model. Her
advocacy for abortion – which intentionally kills an innocent preborn
baby and harms mothers – could lead to irreparable harm for countless
women and children whom Biles will never come to know.
Abortion has significant consequences,
both physically and mentally. It can lead to severe cramping, heavy or
persistent bleeding, internal organ damage, loss of fertility, breast
cancer, infection, immune system inhibition, and even death.
Additionally, there can be emotional and psychological repercussions
associated with abortion including grief and regret, isolation,
substance abuse, insomnia or nightmares, relationship issues,
depression, anxiety, and even suicide.
The abortion industry has also victimized countless minority communities. Abortion kills more Black Americans than any other cause of death, including AIDs, cancer, violent crimes, accidents, and heart disease combined.
In fact, Michael Novak, from the American Enterprise Institute, said,
“America’s black community would now number 41 million persons” if not
for abortion. That means the Black population would be 35% larger if
abortion hadn’t killed a significant number of Black babies.
Planned Parenthood was founded on the racist
beliefs of known eugenicist Margaret Sanger, who even spoke at KKK
events. She sought to “purify” the American population through birth
control for “the gradual suppression, elimination, and eventual
extinction, of defective stocks – those human weeds which threaten the
blooming of the finest flowers of American civilization.”
Planned Parenthood’s racist legacy even continues today, accepting donations to specifically kill Black babies and opposing legislation that would make race-based abortions illegal. Additionally, almost 80% of Planned Parenthood abortion facilities are placed within walking distance of minority communities.
As Toni McFadden,
formerly Students for Life Action’s Minority Outreach and Healthy
Relationships Director said, “The same harm of slavery continues today
as another class of people are robbed of their human right to life—the
preborn—and it is for them that I fight.”
When Biles publicly
advocated for abortion due to a challenging experience in the foster
care system, she essentially told little girls worldwide that death is
better than difficulty. That they need abortion to be independent and
successful. That abortion is inconsequential.
As a mental health
“role model,” Simone Biles does a grave injustice to the many women who
will suffer and even die after an abortion.
Biles is undeniably a successful victor over a broken foster care system.
Instead of justifying the deaths of millions of preborn children, she
should be inspiring others to have hope and triumph beyond their
circumstances. Biles should champion reform of the foster care system
instead of expressing a defeatist attitude because many people will
experience some form of suffering in their life. Despite the hardships,
life is beautiful and worth living – just as it has been for Biles.

Numbers Flat-Out Contradict Douglas G. Frank's Theories About Phantom

Doesn't Add Up
Did "corrected" vote totals from the 2020 election presented by
Mike Lindell at his election fraud Cyber Symposium as "Truth" support
the theory that fake ballots were injected into every state's official
election returns? No, that's not true: Lindell's "Truth" totals add up
to the same number of votes he calls "The Big Lie," which are the final
tallies that have appeared in multiple official and unofficial sources.
Those tallies were compiled without the aid of the data Lindell used in
declaring the election was hacked. It is nonsensical that Lindell's
"Truth" tally would match "Big Lie" tallies in state after state, since
he and a Ph.D. chemist ally named Douglas Frank claim to know that many
fake votes were injected in order to change the result.
You cannot claim, at the same time, that the "corrected" result has
exactly the same total number of votes as the official one (just
distributed differently between candidates) and then claim the
difference was caused by fake votes being injected via an algorithm.

Lead Stories assigned staff to watch the live stream of the three-day
Cyber Symposium and paid to send a nationally-known cybersecurity
expert to the symposium to analyze in person the data Lindell promised
to release. Lindell says he has 37 terabytes of intercepted internet
traffic (packet captures, often referred to as 'PCAPS') which he says
will prove how fraudulent votes were injected into official state vote
tallies in order to steal the election. Note that at the time of
publication none of this data has been released, despite Lindell's
earlier promises this would happen.
Over the first two days of the symposium, Lindell broadcast a series
of charts showing numbers he said were the true results from the 2020
election, alongside those he called "The Big Lie." We compiled screen
shots of his slides for each of the 50 states and the District of
Columbia from live streams of the event on rumble.com and other sources
streaming the event:

First, our fact checker noticed that the slide for Nevada was not
like the other states: The vote total for Trump was the same in both the
"Big Lie" and "Truth" analysis, while Biden's "Truth" number was lower than the official tally, resulting in Trump winning Arizona by their estimation:

For Lindell's "Truth" numbers to be correct, the wide-ranging attack
on the election would have had to DELETE votes in Nevada. But, at the
time the slide was displayed, Lindell and Frank insisted votes and voter
registration had been ADDED for Biden in all 50 states. Their theory
does not explain how, in Nevada, there are nearly 60,000 Biden ballots
certified by the state.
The other possibility is that the data presented for the state of Nevada at the symposium is false or mistaken.
But that got us started on looking at his numbers closely.
Simple comparison of Lindell's "Truth" numbers to official tallies reveals a logic problem
To see if Nevada was an anomaly, we gathered all the "Big Lie"
tallies from Lindell's slides into a spreadsheet and added the totals
for both candidates, by state. Then we compared Lindell's number of
total votes, by state, to the publicly available election tallies, by
state, as reported in the Cook Political report, the MIT Election Data and Science Lab, and Wikipedia.
In almost every state, Lindell's "Truth" total matches the official
and expert vote totals. Those are the totals he calls "The Big Lie".
Even including the data presented for Nevada, the totals are within
.004 and .005% of each other. And, if we assume that the 57,758 vote
discrepancy for Nevada was an honest mistake, the difference among the
vote totals presented by Lindell amount to a nationwide discrepancy of
21,207 votes between Lindell's "Truth" total and that of Cook Political
report totals, 24 votes between Lindell's "Truth" total and that
collected by MIT, and not a single vote's difference between Lindell's
"Truth" total and the totals found on Wikipedia at the time this fact
check was written. That's 0 deviation between Lindell's total number of
votes and the total found on Wikipedia (other than the glitch on
Lindell's Nevada slide.)
That means that Lindell claims the total number of ballots cast in
the election was largely correct, he only disagrees with who those
ballots were cast for.
In the following chart, a yellow-highlighted FALSE shows any total that does not match Lindell's "Truth" total.

If three trusted sources of the official election results that
Lindell calls "The Big Lie" show the same total numbers of presidential
votes in each state, that means Lindell and Frank's "Truth" analysis did
not account for any of the fake ballots Lindell and Frank claim they
have shown were injected into the vote totals by Chinese hackers.
Frank was featured in Lindell's film "Scientific Proof" in which
Frank marries Lindell's claim that he has evidence voting machines were
hacked to Frank's statistical analysis. Frank says the hackers used 2010
census data and past election results to build plausible voting
patterns by which to pump up the vote for Biden with fake votes.
But if the "Big Lie" vote total is the result of adding votes, those
hacked-election official totals should be significantly higher than
Lindell's "Truth" totals. Instead, it appears Lindell and Frank took the
certified election results and just rearranged each candidate's tally
without subtracting the votes both men claim they can prove were added
in.
Lead Stories emailed questions about the data puzzle to the address
by which Lindell has communicated with us multiple times in recent
months. That message was sent August 12, 2021 and we will add his
response, as appropriate, when we receive it.
Lead Stories also emailed questions to Frank, via the address he uses
on his church and business website, on August 12, 2021. Lead Stories
also texted a request for information to the phone number for Frank we
found on his church website, and also called the number in an attempt to
leave a message. Frank's explanations will be included when we receive
them.
The election hack that injected fraudulent fake votes, as described by Frank in advance of the Cyber Symposium:
On the opening day of the symposium, Frank said he has been a guest
speaker in 13 states and is working with 30 more to show how he used his
training as a Ph.D. analytical chemist to find unnaturally consistent
patterns of voter registration and voting in the 2020 presidential
election. Frank says it is proof that hackers stole the election from
Donald Trump by using digital backdoors to the election registration
system to add fraudulent phantom voters who were used to boost the
number of votes for Biden.

Here, from a YouTube video, (archived here) is how Frank says the hack was carried out, by adding votes:
... at the beginning before the election each county registration
rolls are artificially inflated. For example, people who have passed
away you don't remove them from the registration role so that gives you
extra voters or people that have moved away you can put them back in and
that gives you extra voters ... they can't vote anymore because one's
moved away or one's passed away but yet we somehow are still receiving
ballots from people like that so those are called phantom ballots or
phantom voters and so that's the first thing is you inflate the
registration rolls ...they inflate the registration rolls and then
during the election they monitor what's happening and insert those
phantom ballots appropriately as needed and they start with predictions
ahead of time so they have targets they're shooting for and that makes
it easy to back-calculate what they're doing because you can see them
reaching their targets and then after the election they have to do
cleaning up afterwards and we have proof of each one of those steps.
Frank's theory, that fake voters and fake votes were added, is not
reflected in the charts Lindell offered as the "True" numbers of votes.
Although Frank describes a plot he says hurt Republican incumbent
Donald Trump, the Republican-led Oversight Committee of the Michigan
State Senate refuted claims Michigan's election was hacked (claims
repeated by several speakers at the Cyber Symposium) and in its June 23, 2021, report on its investigation, singled out Frank by name as having spread false information.
Dr. Frank's conclusions are not sound for several reasons. Census
data is not recent, and people do not only move away (as he frequently
contends) but others do move into an area. Coupled with same day
registration the notable red flags he spotted in the data are easily
explained, e.g. young people do not vote as readily as older citizens,
people's movements create disparities between registrations and the
census, etc. The patterns he sees are not unexpected or unusual to elections or human behavior in general. His theories depend on the ability to hack into the tabulators before or during and/or at the end of the election. Many
of the counties he and others identified as having been hacked do not
even have modems or make any online connection to submit results. Those
that do, do not connect the modem, which is physically separate from the
Dominion tabulator, until after the polls are closed and the tabulators
have printed the official results."
