Simpson pressing for process changes on City Council

If you’ve seen a City Council meeting recently you might have noticed one Council Member voting no on the consent agenda. This is somewhat unusual since those are items considered non-controversial, but Council Member Dennis Simpson has begun voting this way as part of a larger attempt to change how the City Council does business.

Simpson has only been on council for about three months and he said he’s still got a lot to learn, but that he’s trying to change some council policies to increase transparency. He’s had some wins and been told to wait in other areas.

“The response on all this stuff is, ‘Dennis you want to go too fast,’ ” Simpson said.

His consent agenda stance specifically has to do with how the council approves contracts, which it does in the consent agenda. Simpson’s stance is that contracts, sometimes for multimillion dollar projects, should get a more thorough review by the City Council.

He also said that approving them in the consent agenda violates the council’s own policy, which requires it to review and approve expenditures over $200,000.

“I guess I believe that that policy is being abused the way we’re doing it now,” Simpson said. “Surely, when people wrote that policy and said the council has to review big money stuff they didn’t mean rubber stamp it. They meant think about it. Have the contract available to read. Read it if you want. Let the public see it.”

He said attempts to get contracts put on the regular agenda and to have the contracts themselves included in the council’s packet have been met with some resistance. Hence the no vote. Simpson has been able to read the contracts by visiting City Hall.

He then makes notes and submits written comments or questions. Voting no gets them put into the meeting minutes, he said.

“What I do now is I vote no on the consent agenda,” Simpson said. “That’s the only way I can get my comments into the record. Even though there are six things on the consent agenda and I’m totally in favor of five of them, in order to get anything done I have to vote no on all six of them.”

Most of Simpson’s concerns that have arisen in public meetings have been around process. He said he’d like work sessions to be treated more like regular meetings with motions and votes rather than consensus decisions, follow Robert’s Rules of Order and for them to be televised and streamed live.

He also wants executive sessions to open and adjourn as public meetings that people can view before voting to enter executive session.

Many of the issues Simpson has raised will begin to be addressed, Mayor Chuck McDaniel said. The City Council will hold a work session in mid-August focused on establishing policies and rules for how the council works.

“Dennis has raised several matters about how the council operates internally and externally and those are matters that we are going to begin to take up on the 16th of August in our workshop,” McDaniel said. “The entire workshop is right now going to be held on policies and procedures basically to talk about how we work together and setting up some written policies and procedures to guide how we do our business.”

McDaniel said a strategic planning meeting will also partly discuss how City Council members can work together more effectively.

Simpson said some changes have already been made.

In some instances the council has voted on an issue in a special meeting before a work session or taken a vote on staff direction in a regular meeting following a work session discussion. He said he’s seen some positive change with how the city conducts executive sessions as well.

While he has raised issues he’s had with the process as they arise, Simpson said he’s waiting to address other issues. Specifically he said he wants to have a more specific process for evaluating the city manager’s job performance, which has not yet come up during Simpson’s time on the board.

“I think the most important thing the council does is to hire and evaluate the city manager,” Simpson said. “In order to do that I think we need to set jointly negotiated goals and objectives for the city manager and we have to define how we’re going to evaluate progress on those goals and objectives without having a whole lot of opinion involved in it.”

While Simpson said he knows his comments can be seen as negative, but that he has respect for his fellow council members and that he thinks the city staff are doing a good job.

“I feel good about a lot of things and not just the things I’m pressing for myself because I think we have a good listening group of people,” Simpson said.

LAA Voter Integrity Project: 157,299 Illegal Ballots Cast in Wisconsin Presidential Election

Look Ahead America’s Executive Director Matt Braynard has announced that they have discovered at least 157,299 illegal ballots cast in the Wisconsin presidential election.

The amount of ballots that they believe to have been illegally cast is about eight times the 20,000 vote margin of victory in the election.

According to their report, which was released on Tuesday, the organization has identified seven tranches of illegal ballots.

Tranche 1: Early and Absentee Ballots Cast In the Names of Voters (EABCINV) registered illegally.
Tranche 2: Voters Illegally Claiming Indefinite Confinement (IC) Status as a Reason to Vote
Absentee. Wisconsin did not allow the COVID-19 quarantine as a reason to claim
indefinitely confined status.
Tranche 3: EABCINV matched to permanent, out-of-state moves in the National Change of
Address Database (NCOA). At the time we processed this match in mid-November, the database
contained records as far back as four years prior to as recent as October 1, 2020.
Tranche 4: EABCINV matched to Out of State Subsequent Registrations (OOSSR) using our
national voter database (NVD). In these cases, the voter had registered in Wisconsin and
matched to voters subsequently registered in another state.
Tranche 5: Election Day Ballots Cast In the Names of Voters (EDBCINV) registered illegally.
Tranche 6: EDBCINV matched to the NCOA and OOSSR.
Tranche 7: Unmatchable Invalid Residencies Among EABCINV and EDBCINV

LAA noted that due to the limitations of time, budget, and the inability to access necessary government databases, they could only analyze the first four of seven tranches.

“Not accounting for any illegal ballots in Tranches 5, 6, and 7, we expect the number of illegal ballots to reflect the percentages we found in Tranches 1-4. Likely this number would come in at or around 157,299. This significantly exceeds the margin of victory in the 2020 General Election in Wisconsin, which was 20,695 (as per the vote recount),” the report explains. “Whether using the likely projections or the bare minimum, which assumes everything that we did not examine or could not determine was legal, we must conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that the deserved winner of the state of Wisconsin’s Presidential Electoral Votes in the 2020 General Election is unknowable. It also does indicate that widespread voter fraud definitely occurred on a statewide scale as per our findings and Wisconsin’s Supreme Court 2020 ruling, and furthermore that sitting state representatives knew about this situation as per their own family members claiming the status illegally”

One of the ways in which they found illegal ballots was by matching voter addresses to “the known lists of postal box facilities (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and similar addresses where individuals could not live. We found that many registrants disguised box numbers as ‘Apt’ numbers, ‘Suites’, and ‘Units.'” It is illegal to use an address that is not your own when registering.

“In some cases, these facilities exist at the same addresses of legitimate apartment buildings, however we scrubbed our list of any potential false positives by calling the management companies as well as investigating property records. In other cases, these individuals claimed to reside at businesses that our systems flagged due to their location beside a USPS/UPS/FedEx drop off box,” the report explains. “While these were not technically postal box registrations, the individuals registered at these addresses neither resided, owned, nor even worked at these businesses, which was why we marked these registrations as illegal.”

According to the report, “Look Ahead America is an America First nonprofit dedicated to standing up for patriotic Americans who have been forgotten by our government. Wisconsin State Representative Janel Brandtjen issued a press release on Monday calling for an Arizona-style audit of the state’s election.

“Voters have made it clear that they want a thorough cyber-forensic examination of tabulators, ballot marking devices, and other election equipment, which I will be helping facilitate on behalf of the committee as chair… IP addresses, chain of custody on ballots, and audit trail logs must be thoroughly inspected by cyber-audit technicians… While WI is in the process of an election audit, I will be working to ensure that it is augmented with expertise and resources to ensure a comprehensive, forensic examination.”

A secretary of state or county election official allows the dead to vote for decades.  With the dead, there are felons; people who live in postal boxes; and, in a recent case, a young man who apparently lives in a power plant. 

Thousands of voters are added ninety days before the election, then mysteriously removed right after the election. 

Voter fraud comes in many forms.  It is all over the place.  It is really hard for any citizen to see quickly, simply.  That's why it has worked so well for thirty years, especially in 2020.

Until now.

It was a rainy Sunday evening when the call came from attorneys at a large midwestern state.  They had millions of voter records they needed to process to identify starting points for voter fraud.  They want to drive a statewide election audit.

They were told it would cost them almost a million dollars, take months to process, and maybe there might be something there.  Maybe.  They did not have the dough or the time.

They contacted us after reading our pieces on American Thinker and thought we might be a last resort. 

We loaded their 8 million voter records in less than 11 seconds.  That's not a typo.  We worked with their gnarly data files to put them in order.  That took a few hours. 

They asked if there was anything we could show them before October.

Well, yes.  Let's have a call Monday night — 19 hours later.  We will run all your data, at silicon speed (that is faster than an eye blink), and show you about anything you want to see in your data.  Let's go!

So what did we find?

This is the really fun part; they had to see it to believe it.  And they did. 

We started with a list of queries from the Gateway Pundit.

Ballots received before they were mailed?  Tens of thousands!

Wow, let's do it by county.  Found they mostly came from a few places.  Who knew?

Ballots mailed, received, filled in, mailed back, received — the same day.  Thousands more!  The U.S. Postal Service must be on roller skates in this state!

Felons in the voter list?  Yup!  All over the place.  Voters who lived in mailboxes?  Here they are, just a click away.  Let's look at college dorms and see if their occupants voted, particularly since all the colleges were closed at that time.

You guessed it!  Those college kids voted in droves.  Pretty cool, since the dorms were closed due to COVID.

We can't name the state, since its attorneys are on fire with this new data weapon.  These people are using this data to force an audit.

But we can name another state: Michigan.

Those data came to us from a concerned citizen in December.  We ran them, and our tech guys, who are completely apolitical, said it was nonsense because none of the data matched up.  At least a lot of it did not.  We put it aside.

After we did our recent state, the data guys understood that the Michigan data were not screwed up — rather, they had so much identifiable "anomaly" in them that they made sense only when looked at through an election fraud lens.

We do not call anomalies "fraud."  Sometimes a guy living in a power plant may be a typo.  When hundreds do, maybe you want to look into it. 

Tens of thousands of Michigan ballots were received before they were mailed.  Enough "anomaly" to have a data analyst fired from a third-rate college course if he ever brought these kinds of files to a data course.  There was more, much more.

Word quickly got out, and we now have seven states' voter registration data. 

Using fractal programming, a new programming paradigm, we showed these citizens their data at silicon speed within a day or two. 

No charge for the test.  Eventually, the vendors need to be paid, but no charge to find out if there is anything in there.  By the way, there is!

Jovan Pulitzer does magic with paper.  Fractal programming does magic with large, complex data.  We do not find everything; we find the stuff hiding in plain sight in everyone's registration and cast ballot data, hidden by size and complexity.

We find those 42,000 voters the secretary of state added 45 days before the election and removed two weeks after they voted.

We find the people living in P.O. boxes.  We show the actual building, a power plant, the fake address being used by over 75 people.  And we do it in a second or two.

The real payoff is not just finding enough fraud, in plain sight, to start an audit in almost any state. 

The benefit is giving citizens visibility to the election fraud infrastructure built up over forty years in registration lists and the wherewithal to eliminate it — thus stopping much of the election fraud in 2022 and beyond.

After December 31, 2021, CDC will withdraw the request to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel, the assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. CDC is providing this advance notice for clinical laboratories to have adequate time to select and implement one of the many FDA-authorized alternatives.

In preparation for this change, CDC recommends clinical laboratories and testing sites that have been using the CDC 2019-nCoV RT-PCR assay select and begin their transition to another FDA-authorized COVID-19 test. CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses. Such assays can facilitate continued testing for both influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and can save both time and resources as we head into influenza season. Laboratories and testing sites should validate and verify their selected assay within their facility before beginning clinical testing.

The truth about vaccines that the CDC doesn’t want you to know

On July 15, 2021, the US Surgeon General called COVID misinformation an “urgent threat.” The White House also is working with social media companies to ban medical disinformation.

But what both Dr. Vivek Murthy and Press Secretary Jen Psaki neglect to say is that the biggest misinformation is coming from the CDC, FDA, and NIH. Those organizations do not want you to know how many people have been killed or permanently disabled by the COVID vaccines. And they want you to believe that early treatments don’t work.

They don’t want you to know that their own data shows that for the alpha variant, vaccination only makes sense if you are over 30 years old and for the delta variant, because it is nearly 7 times less deadly, vaccination makes no sense at all: for all ages, it will kill more people than it will save. Finally, early treatments are the superior alternative: they are proven in practice to have a higher risk reduction and better safety profile than any of the current vaccines. The NIH and WHO are deliberately suppressing this information in order to push the “mass vaccination is the only option” false narrative (breaking with 70 years of established science).

Furthermore, the latest statistics show that vaccination could be making people more susceptible of dying from COVID, not less susceptible like everyone assumes. Is this due to ADE (antibody dependent enhancement)? There is a simple way to find out. We’ve asked the FDA why they aren’t doing autopsies to confirm or deny that this is happening, but they have not answered. This should be baffling to anyone in the medical community how we are not gathering this critical data.

Before publishing this article, we reached out several times by phone and email to Dr. Steven Anderson at the FDA who is in charge of monitoring the VAERS safety signals for the FDA. Neither Dr. Anderson nor his staff would respond to our offers to provide the FDA with the information our team had learned from extensive analysis of the VAERS data. This made it clear to us that the FDA would simply like to avoid having to address all the safety signals we found (we found a lot and they are very significant).

Let’s take a look at the OFFICIAL PRIMARY DATA SOURCE that is used by the CDC and FDA to monitor adverse events caused by the vaccines. It is known as VAERS: vaccine adverse event reporting system.

Do you see anything “unusual” in 2021? 

Normally, once over 50 people die, you’d stop the vaccine. For example, Back in 1976, 9 states halted the swine flu vaccine after just 3 deaths! Before it was halted nationwide, up to 32 people were estimated to have died and over 450 people were diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

But today, the rules have been scrapped. Now there is no limit to how many people can be killed. Nobody in government will call for a halt. We are at 438 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome, over 9,000 deaths reported, and 438,440 adverse event reports. This is a clinical trial without a stopping condition.

It is the responsibility of the FDA and CDC to monitor the VAERS data for safety signals. These organizations are inept. They haven’t found a single death that they have asked the drug companies to look into. That’s unbelievable. We found we could prove causality via Bradford-Hill criteria for a huge range of adverse events. These events were off the charts. We even asked if anyone could find a death coded with the vaccine where the vaccine didn’t play a role in the death. There were no responses. Yet, the CDC found nothing suspicious in 9,000 death reports?!?!? There are two papers, one by Jessica Rose, the other by Scott Mclachlan, both showing likelihood of causality for death. Therefore, the safest course for the public in the interim, is to assume that all of these events are caused by the experimental vaccines. This would then require the FDA to immediately shut down the trial for safety concerns.

Many people who write articles about VAERS (such as this article on VAERS by Dr. David Katz) claim that there is nothing to see that all the reports are simply “background” events that would have happened anyway, even if the injection were just a saline solution. Yet none of these people have ever actually looked INSIDE the database itself. If they did, they would find that they would be unable to explain the cause of the 9,000 excess deaths.

Can anyone find a single case in VAERS in 2021 where the person got the COVID19 vaccine, died within 30 days, and where the vaccine was not a significant (if not sole) contributor to the cause of death? Please let us know in the comments. We couldn’t find one and nobody we asked publicly on Twitter could find one either. We expect that 2% of the fatality records will be coincidental and not causal. Note that death by suicide right after vaccination is pretty common because people are so despondent on the damage done by the vaccines. This is something that is well known to vaccine victims. Ask yourself: if you were planning to kill yourself tomorrow, would you get vaccinated today?

The mainstream media is unlikely to ask the CDC for their analysis of the death data, because it would instantly reveal that the CDC, NIH, and FDA have been lying to the American people since the start of the vaccination program. The data in the published literature suggests that the vast majority of the reported deaths have no plausible explanation other than the vaccine.

People are now starting to speak out that the CDC recommendations are nonsensical.

1. In his July 15 episode, Del Bigtree is as outraged about this as we are: The VAERS data is off the charts, the vaccines should have been stopped, and NOBODY is asking any questions about any of this. This is an excellent episode we highly encourage everyone to at least watch the first 10 minutes.
2. Peter Doshi, associate editor of BMJ, and 26 other leading scientists have filed a citizen’s petition to stop approval of the vaccines.
3. Doctors for Covid Ethics released this statement questioning the risk/benefit case for COVID vaccination.
4. A Professor at John Hopkins wrote this article published in the Wall St. Journal entitled “The Flimsy Evidence Behind the CDC’s Push to Vaccinate Children.”
5. Wired has pointed out that the CDC recommendations are nonsensical. They euphemistically call it “strange math.”

The 9,048 deaths reported and 438,000 adverse event reports in VAERS are likely to be under-counted by at least a factor of 4.5 and possibly by 15x or more, according to a report commissioned by the NIH. 

Based on multiple independent methods (direct people survey comparing # dead from COVID vs. # dead from vaccine, doctor surveys (COVID deaths, vaccine deaths, # of patients), news stories of 4 BA pilots dead out of 4,000 total pilots, and 5 JetBlue Pilots dead out of 3714 pilots), we can make an estimate that the death rate from these vaccines is over 1 in 1,500 which suggests that at least 100,000 previously healthy Americans have died.

That estimate based data from multiple sources suggests that VAERS could be under-reported by a factor of 10. So the 438,000 people who reported one or more adverse events would translate into over 4M people who have been impacted.

When we look in detail into the fatalities by age, we find that if you are under 30, VAERS shows that the vaccines will kill more people than will be saved (see the download for detailed calculation which was done with a 4.5 conservative multiplier).

But the other thing you have to consider is that the 300 to 500 deaths each year on that chart are almost all “background deaths” that are coincidental because people die every day… The actual deaths caused by previous vaccines are typically fewer than 10 per year reported to VAERS per vaccine. So when cases reported into VAERS spikes to over 10,000 death reports in the first 6 months, and the propensity to report hasn’t changed significantly from previous years, it’s very clear that something is very seriously wrong. 

Some people say this is just due to increased “awareness.” But that is easily shown to be false. If you look at the deaths reported from all other vaccines combined, they are comparable in 2021 to other years (166 deaths for all other vaccines in the first 6 months of 2021 which is the background rate). So if we excluded the COVID19 vaccines from the graph above, it would look perfectly normal! No one can explain how this can happen if the vaccines are “perfectly safe” (but if you think you know, please tell us in the comments below).

Even more spectacular is that the rates of influenza vaccinations are up in 2020-2021 to a record level. “The survey results indicate much of the increase in flu vaccine uptake is being driven by people 60 years old and older.” So it isn’t just younger people getting jabbed. Yet we see no safety signals on that vaccine. So why are we ONLY seeing safety signals for the COVID vaccines?

We have multiple ways other ways to prove there is no excess reporting (e.g., by looking at event counts that are unrelated to the vaccine, e.g., ear aches).

When we take a closer look at the VAERS data, we have multiple ways to prove the COVID vaccines are causing a large number of serious adverse events, including death (we use the Bradford-Hill criteria for determining causality).

To do a quick reality check, we did a public survey (in plain sight on Twitter) and asked people, “how many people do you know who have been killed by COVID?” and “How many people do you know who died shortly after vaccination?” Assuming the respondents answers were truthful, we were surprised: the numbers were comparable!  

We encourage a larger, scientific random sampling to determine if this is the case.We are concerned that the vaccines are causing more serious adverse events. Consider the tweet below. Assuming it’s an accurate depiction, how can that happen if the vaccines are fully safe? We recommend multiple investigations into existing reports of serious adverse events and deaths that haven’t received sufficient attention.

So when Anthony Fauci said on July 11 that it is “almost inexplicable” that some people resist getting vaccinated you have to wonder how Fauci can be so completely clueless about the safety data that is in plain sight. He should be asking the opposite question: why would anyone want to get the vaccine now when it is more likely to kill them than to save them?

The NIH, FDA, and CDC do not see anything wrong at all. They think this is a perfectly safe vaccine that has killed nobody. Which is very strange because when we looked at the VAERS data we can clearly see a large number of serious event rates that are, in almost every case, more than 10X above “normal.” There is a nice table in the download summarizing this. You can replicate all these queries yourself.

It got us thinking…. wouldn’t it be great if we had a Q&A document that was … honest?

So we decided it was about time that somebody wrote a comprehensive FAQ that didn’t pull any punches and answers all questions honestly.

Questions such as:

1. How many previously healthy people have been killed or permanently disabled by these vaccines? Could it be more than 100,000? How do we know?
2. Why aren’t they stopping these vaccines after 50 deaths reported in VAERS?
3. How did the CDC prove that the vaccines didn’t cause all the neurological and cardiovascular events? It certainly appears that the majority of deaths satisfy the Bradford-Hill causality criteria.
4. Since analysis of the VAERS fatality data by age and the CDC data clearly shows that for people under 30 the vaccine kills more people than it would save, why would the CDC want to vaccinate anyone under 30? (Answer: because the CDC has no cost-benefit analysis by age that takes into account the VAERS fatality data; there is a reason they don’t show it to you).
5. If the vaccine isn’t causing any symptoms, then why is there a dramatic difference between the number of events associated with the first dose vs. the second dose? Note: This question is extremely problematic. Nobody at the FDA or CDC can answer that question. And the press will never ask it. They don’t want you to learn the truth.
6. Will the CDC ever figure out that the vaccines are unsafe and should have been stopped after 50 people were killed? (Answer: that is really unlikely. The are not focused on safety at all. Any competent unbiased statistician who looks at the VAERS data is appalled and the more they look, the more appalled they get).
7. How serious can these vaccines be long-term? (The answer to this should frighten everyone)
8. Why is the CDC recommending that women who are pregnant get vaccinated when we don’t have the data on the effect of the vaccine on the baby? Couldn’t we be setting ourselves up for a huge tragedy for the family, the baby, and society? Why not at least wait 9 months to see if the vaccines are safe for pregnant women? Why did Moderna start a trial for pregnant women on July 14, 2021? The CDC has said it is safe. Why didn’t Moderna just ask the CDC? Answer: At least one of them has been lying to you. Can you tell which one(s)?
9. How come everyone is ignoring the obvious reproductive safety signals in VAERS? Answer: They are ignoring all the other signals so why should reproductive health be any different.
10. Why does the FDA’s Director of the Office Of Biostatistics And Epidemiology  (Steven Anderson) refuse to even look at the data showing all the adverse events caused by these vaccines? What is he afraid of?
11. Will anyone in Congress ever ask for the FDA report showing that the vaccine couldn’t have caused any of the deaths reported in VAERS? Why is Congress so afraid to ask for this?
12. Why is the vaccine causing so many neurological and cardiovascular problems (see our giant table in the document)?
13. Is there a significant neurological and/or cardiovascular adverse event that is not triggered by the vaccines (Answer: we haven’t found one yet).
14. How can I treat my post-vaccine inflammation syndrome (PVIS)?
15. How can I fight vaccine mandates from my employer or school? What did they do wrong in the Houston Methodist case? Where can I join a class action?
16. Can I get compensated for my vaccine injuries? 
17. Is this vaccine really more deadly than all of the other 70 vaccines combined in the last 30 years? (answer: Yes)
18. They claim there are no deaths from the vaccines. How are they categorizing all the dead bodies from the vaccine? (this answer to this one surprised us and it will really surprise you; it was buried in one sentence in a paper that few people have read)
19. Why haven’t the FDA and CDC investigated the fraud in the Pfizer Phase 3 trial where a 12 year old (Maddie de Garay) became permanently paralyzed less than 24 hours after taking the vaccine? Pfizer reported as a minor event. The FDA knows about the case, promised to investigate, and did nothing. Why? And why isn’t the press asking about the fraud??
20. Is early treatment a better option than vaccines? Why has the NIH not promoted any of these treatments despite clear and compelling evidence that they work with well over 98% risk reduction?
21. Why aren’t there any autopsies for people who die after vaccination? Don’t people want to prove that it wasn’t the vaccine that killed these people?
22. If the vaccine is so safe, then how come half the deaths happen within 3 days of vaccination? And why does the death rate peak on the second day since there would be a higher propensity to report a death within 24 hours? How do you explain that? (we explain why this is in the document)
23. If the vaccine is so safe, how come there are so many deaths of people under 30 in their sleep less than 24 hours after vaccination? That never happens so how do you explain those deaths?
24. Why were people who died 15 minutes after vaccination removed from the VAERS reporting system?
25. How many people have to die before they call a halt to the nonsense?
26. Why isn’t the press asking any of these questions?
27. How can four British Airways pilots all die shortly after vaccination? How can BA claim that the deaths aren’t linked if they don’t know the vaccination dates of the four pilots? And why won’t they answer that question (as to how they KNOW the deaths are not linked)?
28. Why is it up to 2,500 times safer to opt for early treatment rather than the vaccine if you want to avoid permanent neurological or cardiovascular damage? (it’s a simple calculation anyone can do)
29. Why aren’t any Democratic committee chairmen asking NIH for Tony Fauci’s unredacted emails so they can expose the fact that he funded the creation of the virus and then tried to cover it up after he became aware that the virus escaped? And why isn’t the press asking them this question? (Note: we’ve asked the chairmen, but all of them refuse to give ANY answer).
30. Why are the NIH and WHO pretending that early treatments don’t work when it is obvious to everyone, including the WHO’s top consultant on ivermectin, that they do work? He even published a paper in a top peer-reviewed journal about it. Where is the science that the WHO used to overrule their own consultant? (Answer: there is no science. Politics drives the recommendations, not science.)
31. How can Moderna send the University of North Carolina a coronavirus vaccine to test two weeks before anyone knew COVID even existed? How did Moderna know in advance the exact best vaccine to create? (if you want to see a copy of the MTA, download the doc and then download the reference doc listed at the end of that doc)
32. Will a safe vaccine be available soon? From what company? When? (Answer: Yes. Read the download to find out more.)
33. Why are top universities like Stanford and Harvard requiring vaccination for students when they’ve never done the calculation that would show the policy would kill (and disable) more students than it would save? Shouldn’t they at least have the numbers derived from the VAERS system to show the parents? (sure, but they don’t!) Why aren’t any parents asking for this? (answer: Parents trust the CDC assertions). How can we be telling our kids to get a vaccine that is more likely to kill them than to save them if we’ve never looked at the numbers? (answer: Most parents don’t think to question authority. They go along with narrative.)
34. How come there is still no informed consent for the vaccine experiment underway? Isn’t the CDC supposed to share the rates of death and disability? (Answer: If there was informed consent, nobody would take the vaccine).
35. Aren’t these experiments a violation of multiple parts of the Nuremberg Code? (Answer: yes)
36. Where is the proof that nobody has been killed or permanently injured from the vaccines? Where is the CDC analysis showing none of the deaths were related to the vaccine? (Answer: no proof. CDC is inept.)
37. Can we at least see Pfizer’s analysis of Maddie de Garay’s case where she was permanently paralyzed less than 24 hours after the shot? Why is the press not asking for this analysis? Or asking why nobody at the CDC, FDA, or NIH followed up on this case even though they know about it for sure. She was in the Pfizer 12-15 year old clinical trial. Surely, there must be an analysis proving her sudden paralysis was caused by “something else” but as of July 15, 2021 nobody has contacted the family to get the case history. Why is this girl being ignored? (Answer: investigating the case would invite press attention. Then the narrative would stop. So there is no investigation and there never will be. The mainstream press has agreed to cover it up.)
38. Why is the US government giving Merck over a billion dollars for an unproved antiviral, when we already have a very safe old drug that is extremely effective against all COVID variants and is available now? Why not give Merck the money to do a large randomized control trial of ivermectin? Antivirals typically can’t be given early enough to halt the virus because the patients don’t realize they have the virus until they are in the inflammatory stage of the disease. This seems like a government boondoggle. What are we missing here? (Answer: it is a government boondoggle).
39. How can the White House say ivermectin is disinformation? Ivermectin has a peer-reviewed systematic review. That is the highest level of evidence possible in evidence-based medicine. Yet, paradoxically, masks are mandated even though the only randomized trial on mask wearing showed it made no statistically significant difference. We require infinite clinical trials for ivermectin (not even a systematic review is accepted), yet for mask wearing, no scientific proof at all is required and nobody is asking for it. Huh??!?! (Answer: if people knew ivermectin worked, nobody would take the vaccine. Mask wearing will never have a real clinical trial or people would learn it is actually dangerous. That’s why NIH has never paid for a mask study. The 80 references the WHO cites in support are all irrelevant and just for show (nobody is expected to read the references)).
40. Why aren’t we leveling with the American people that the scientific evidence supporting mask wearing for COVID is non-existent? All the inconvenience we went through was pure political theater. Haven’t you ever wondered why the NIH never funded a legitimate mask study? The answer is simple: they know it doesn’t work so doing a study would expose the existing recommendations as foolish, unnecessary, and unhealthy and it would also discredit every public health official in the US as going along with the narrative without questioning it at all. NO ONE WILL DEBATE Tyson Gabriel of Premier Risk Management, Arizona. They will instead try to censor him like they do to anyone else who tries to argue using facts and evidence. This is why his video exposing the facts on mask wearing isn’t on YouTube.
41. The Washington Post claimed Ron Johnson was lying when he said that natural immunity is better than vaccine immunity and that the vaccines have killed thousands of people. We challenged Rizzo to defend his article, but he refused. Glenn Kessler said they don’t debate, but would consider any counter arguments. We started by disputing the first sentence (“No study or case has established this”) on July 20 showing two studies that claimed vaccines caused deaths. We’ll see how far we get. What generally happens is you submit your arguments and then they ignore you. One of our team members wrote: “I’ve met extensively with Washington post editor xxx and the entire Wapo editorial board.  It’s like talking to a wall. They concede nothing, make no arguments, sit in silence and promise to “look into it”. Same with New York Times where I went with an entourage  of top scientists and physicians. They have no arguments but the ultimate power to ignore. “The greatest power of the mass media is the power to ignore. The worst thing about this power is that you may not even know you’re using it.”” This is why they NEVER NEVER will do a live debate.
42. The White House released their list of the misinformation dozen which included Bobby Kennedy and asked social media to censor their accounts. Is this what we’ve come to as a nation to use censorship to silence people with opposing viewpoints? The facts are that for the last 20 years, Bobby Kennedy has pleaded to debate anyone with scientific credentials about vaccine safety. The only person to accept the debate was Alan Dershowitz, and Dershowitz lost. Why in 20 years has nobody from the scientific community dared to debate Kennedy? (see the image below for the reason why censorship is the only pathway). We reached out to Imran Ahmed who created the “list” and asked him if he would debate RFJ, Jr on the accusations they made in their own document. He ignored multiple requests. He ignored our DM to him as well. They all do. Censorship is the only option when you don’t have the facts to support your accusations.
43. We asked Monica Gandhi, a prominent infectious disease expert at UCSF, “Are scientific dissenters best dealt with through assassination threats and government encouraged censorship? Or do you support open scientific debate?” She did not respond. We found out why through a backchannel. Even taking a nuanced approach in trying to move the world to a better place has gotten her in a lot of trouble. So she is not permitted by her institution to promote anything but the false narrative.
44. We challenged UCSF to a debate, but they declined saying it would be “unproductive.” What they mean is that all their NSF funding would disappear if they spoke out. If all institutions joined them, they can do it, but that’s too risky. So they all remain silent and pretend nothing is happening by arguing that the VAERS data is simply all background deaths. Since they never have to debate it, they avoid academic challenge. Nobody ever finds out.
45. Over 40 faculty members of the University of Guelph wrote a letter criticizing Dr. Byram Bridle for his views on vaccine safety. None of them would agree to debate Dr. Bridle in a fair open debate. Not a single one.
46. Why won’t anyone from any of the federal agencies (CDC, FDA, NIH), the fact checkers employed by mainstream media, the White House, the Surgeon General, Congress, or academia will answer (or ask) any of these questions posed above? Why are they all afraid to debate Dr. Robert Malone, Professor Byram Bridle, Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Bret Weinstein, Dr. Chris Martenson, Dr. Jessica Rose, Mathew Crawford, Dr. David Martin, and others on vaccine safety? Answer: they are afraid of losing badly, very badly.

Nobody will debate us on vaccine safety. We keep asking for a debate, but all we hear are crickets. The White House is encouraging censorship as the proper way to deal with dissenting viewpoints, not open scientific debate.

LEAP Into Higher Taxes: Colorado Initiative 25

Politicians love to take money from citizens,” notes Rick Turnquist, author and blogger at toadvancefreedom.com. In addition he also explains that politicians also love so-called “sin taxes,” which are taxes levied on things that people consume for pleasure. In his Op-Ed LEAP Into Higher Taxes: Colorado Initiative 25, Rick delves into the details of the potential marijuana tax increase “for the children.”

Politicians love to take money from citizens. When government takes money – by force – it is called “taxation”, though in Colorado, thanks to the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights (TABOR) the government is required to ask your permission first. For this reason – politicians don’t like asking permission – Colorado politicians of both parties invent new “fees”, “premiums” and other inventive ways to take your money.

Politicians also love so-called “sin taxes”, which are taxes levied on things people consume for pleasure – tobacco, liquor, beer and wine, and yes, marijuana. These taxes are intended to punish people for their choices and to discourage consumption of these things. Of course, they are also designed to raise revenue, and often they are supposed to fund things like education (“It’s for the children!”).

Their latest money grab involves sales of retail marijuana in Colorado. To recap a bit of the history of legal weed in Colorado: in 2012 the voters approved Amendment 64, which legalized personal use and possession of marijuana. The commercial sale of marijuana commenced on January 1, 2014.

The language of Amendment 64 calls for an excise tax to be levied on the wholesale sales of marijuana, and the first $40 million of revenue raised via that tax is to go to the public school capital construction assistance fund. The ballot language sets the excise tax at 15% and it continues to be 15%.

Proposition AA, approved by the voters in 2013 established a 10% sales tax in addition to the already existing 2.9% statewide sales tax, for a total tax rate of 12.9%. Now, according to leg.colorado.gov, the retail sales tax on marijuana is 15%.

According to Forbes, since legalization, the state has collected over $1.6 billion in marijuana taxes and revenues. Despite the initial selling point that this money is supposed to go to education, it really doesn’t. Ten percent goes to local governments, 72% goes to the Marijuana Tax Cash Fund, 16% goes to the General Fund and the remaining 13% goes to the State Public School Fund. (The observant reader will have noted that these numbers add to 111%. Don’t blame me – I’m just reporting what the state website says. The saying “Close enough for government work” comes to mind.) The money allocated to the Marijuana Tax Cash Fund is spent on health care, health education, substance abuse prevention and treatment as well as law enforcement. The excise taxes are indeed credited to the school building fund.

Now, a group in Colorado is promoting a ballot initiative known as Initiative 25 or the Learning Enrichment and Academic Progress Program (or “LEAP”). This misguided program would increase the state sales tax on retail marijuana an additional 3% for 2022, 4% for year 2023 and 5% for 2024. After that, LEAP taxes could add another 10% tax for a total of 15% LEAP taxes on retail marijuana. The 5% tax is expected to generate another $138 million a year in tax revenue. It is supposed to then offer tutoring and other after school programs outside of regular school hours, primarily targeted to children of lower income families.

Initiative 25 would create a new Colorado Learning Authority (or “Board”), which is to be a political subdivision, not an agency and “is not subject to administrative direction by any department, commission, board, bureau, or agency of the state”. In other words, an unaccountable arm of the state government would have control of these tax revenues.

The Board will have the ability to distribute financial aid to eligible youth or children. It will have wide powers including the ability to borrow money and issue bonds.

The initial nine-member Board would be appointed by the governor. The ballot initiative language calls for certain types of people with certain skills and certain criteria.

The initiative says that board members will basically choose their replacements. Here’s the initiative language:

THE TERM OF ANY MEMBER APPOINTED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1, 2025 EXPIRES ON DECEMBER 31, 2024. THE GOVERNOR SHALL MAKE NEW APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD FOR TERMS BEGINNING ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2025 BY SELECTING NEW BOARD MEMBERS FROM A LIST OF RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES GENERATED BY THE INITIAL BOARD THROUGH A PROCESS OPEN TO APPLICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC. THE GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT ALL SUBSEQUENT NEW BOARD MEMBERS FROM A LIST OF RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES GENERATED BY THE THEN-EXISTING BOARD THROUGH A PROCESS OPEN TO APPLICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC. EACH LIST MUST PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE RECOMMENDED CANDIDATES FOR EACH POSITION TO BE APPOINTED, OR SUCH LESSER NUMBER AS THERE ARE APPLICATIONS. AFTER JANUARY 1, 2025, THE BOARD SHALL CONSIST OF ONE RESIDENT OF EACH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE AND ONE OR TWO ATLARGE MEMBERS, DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS IN THE STATE AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE AN ODD NUMBER OF BOARD MEMBERS. AFTER JANUARY 1, 2025, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS…

This board would be accountable to nobody – not the governor, not the legislature, not parents and certainly not the taxpayers or voters.

Let’s review the proper role of government, for which taxes are levied and paid. The proper role of government is to protect life, liberty and property. It is not to create inventive new ways of taking money from citizens by force to fund after school programs and redistribute income.

This proposed ballot measure is designed to punish people who consume marijuana and create a new state agency that would have wide powers and an insatiable demand for even more taxpayer dollars every year as time goes on.

Now we come to the sensitive matter of who’s sponsoring this initiative and who has lent their name in endorsements.

Without calling anyone out by name (though the reader can see the endorsements at the website leap4co.com), several prominent Republicans are among the endorsers, including some who are graduates of the Leadership Program of the Rockies. My words to them are as follows:

Friends: Check your premises. This program is not a legitimate function of government. It raises a narrow-based tax to fund programs and redistribution of taxpayer dollars that is completely inappropriate. I respectfully ask you to consider withdrawing your support for this measure.

Follow The Money

As with other aspects of the progressive agenda that have been introduced in Colorado over the past several years, it’s always illuminating to see who is contributing money to the issue committees that are formed to support or oppose a measure.

In this case, the issue committee is called “Learning Opportunities for Colorado’s Kids” (It’s always “for the kids!”). This committee has raised $948,270 from exactly two donors, one of whom only contributed $20.

The almost million-dollar donation came from something called the Gary Community Investment Company. A look at their website reveals a private foundation committed to “reshape the arc of opportunity for Colorado kids and families”. Of course, to do this, they want to use the coercive power of government to increase and collect taxes instead of working through voluntary philanthropies and organizations, raising money from private citizens who wish to contribute to their work.

A look at the staff of Gary Community Ventures (the parent of the Investment Company) reveals that former state senator Mike Johnston (D) is the president and CEO of Gary. For those who don’t remember, Johnston (D) was the driver behind Amendment 73, a 2018 ballot initiative that would have raised income taxes by $1.6 billion dollars and introduced a “progressive” (tiered) tax structure to Colorado. (It, too, was “for the kids”). It failed handily at the polls, as tax increases of this nature usually do.

Finally, this government money grab is just part of an ongoing leftist agenda to reshape Colorado’s education system. As my friend Patti Kurgan points out in her excellent op-ed Leap from Dot to Dot and Where Do You Land?, this initiative has its roots in the Democrat playbook The Blueprint, ties to a non-profit called ReSCHOOL and allies with Republican power brokers who will be well compensated for their work in promoting LEAP, no matter what the outcome is.

Don’t be fooled by the “it’s for the kids” propaganda. Don’t believe them when they try to bamboozle you with their good intentions. This initiative is nothing more than a naked power/money grab that no person who calls themself a conservative should be associated with.

I encourage everyone to read the articles about LEAP on Kim Monson’s website, read the proposal, and decline to sign if asked to put it on the ballot. It’s just another bad idea brought to you by Colorado Democrats (and some Republicans).

Stephen Stills's brooding and foreshadowing lyrics to the song "For What It Is Worth" from 1966 seem to bear a great deal of relevance today. 

The band Buffalo Springfield sang this song as a challenge to the political power structure in the late '60s. Stills's words seem to be very relevant and timely in 2021 as the patriots are left out of the election process and isolated from power, denied power, and are now looking around. 

Many patriots are now thinking "There's Something Happening Here," but are just not clear on what it is, what is coming, and what the results will be.  There is an undercurrent going on that is felt but not seen at this time.  Stills's words expressed great dissatisfaction with the national government, the estrangement of government from the discontented, and a sense that the government is ignoring and does not care about the masses. 

There is a real sense of physical threat by the progressive government against the people.  And there is a real arrogance by the powerful government elite that the populist masses, including the patriots, just cannot do anything about progressive abuse of power.  A real sense of estrangement, isolation, and unfairness that the outsiders felt in the '60s, is what the patriots (conservatives/Christians/constitutionalists) feel today. 

There appear to be many events happening all at once and closely linked that give hope.  And the people are aware and noticing. Patriots aren't sure whether these are storm clouds of disaster or maybe the sun is starting to shine in as an illuminator to disinfect.  It's unclear, but something is happening here.

It has become clear that voter fraud actually happened in Arizona.  There appears to be without question, enough evidence of fraudulent votes to swing the presidential election in Arizona.  And that most likely Donald Trump won that state.

A state senator from Arizona has now called for the electors to come back and revote in Arizona for president.  If there is a revote in Arizona, it gets real really fast.

There is now a synergy of force, energy, credibility, and legitimacy which gives the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and now maybe even Michigan, for these states to have their own professional forensic audits that verify who actually won their states.  History might show Arizona as the lynchpin to the tectonic shift in the electoral college votes.

As we look around to see what is happening, as it becomes more and more evident that there was certain election fraud in very important contested purple states...the China COVID virus seems to be getting worse. It appears as we look around, that the more people start to believe Trump actually won, the more there is a push from the Progressives and blue states to wear masks (even if already fully vaccinated) and that they will probably shut down businesses and schools again.  False flag?

As we look around, we notice three events are happening simultaneously at the same time.  Critical Race Theory is teaching students to hate others based on race, progressive historians are saying America started in 1619 (because of the slave trade) not 1776, and statues are being pulled down of our Founding Fathers and heroes of American history.  The only explanation for this is to get Americans to hate their past, to loathe their own history and heroes; and thus dramatically change the future for America in a very dark way.  And not in a democratic republic-type way, but in a totalitarian way.

It now has become clear that within the January 6 "Stop the Steal Rally," there were actual FBI agents and informants of the Deep State that not only participated but led and encouraged the masses on that day.  FBI agents did not just watch and observe, they encouraged and led Trump supporters.  Therefore the FBI agents "set up" the Trump supporters on J-6.  Entrapment.

It is now clear that the Deep State police during the J-6 "Stop the Steal Rally" opened the doors, removed the barricades, and helped patriots to get inside of the Capitol building. The capitol police helped the Trump supporters to just walk right in, peaceably, like a middle school field trip.  Entrapment.

Thus at least to a certain extent, J-6 was a false flag operation run by the enemies of Trump, patriots, and a free and fair election.  The patriots underestimated the Deep State.

We now know that the military, which refused to patrol our southern border and their commander-In-chief because they said keeping illegal immigrants out of our country was not their job...are now willing participants in helping to fly illegal immigrants around America.  The military is helping to place people who have come into our country illegally, into the American heartland.  General Milley does not think it's the military's role to keep America safe...but it is the military's role to settle illegal immigrants inside of America.  Is General Milley so woke he harms American interests?  The number of illegal immigrants into America since Biden assumed office is approaching one million illegals.  Is the military the actual fifth column against free and fair elections?

The NSA has not denied that they are spying on Tucker Carlson.  Therefore, the NSA which was created to spy on our foreign enemies, are now spying domestically on American citizens.   Within the First Amendment is the freedom of the press.  The NSA spying on the press creates a chill that reminds everyone of 1984.  Where is the ACLU when it comes to intelligence agencies spying on Bill of Rights-protected Americans? 

How long might it be before members of the press like Tucker Carlson, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, and Glenn Greenwald are put into jail as political prisoners of the regime.  Put into jail for the charge of disseminating  "political disinformation."  It would not be hard at all for the NSA, CIA, or FBI to create false information and place it on their personal computers.  Other regimes do just this.  Chilling.  BTW...again, where is the ACLU? 

As we stop and look around and ponder; and have been told for more than a year to follow the science, follow the science, follow the science.  No one, absolutely no one has explained the science of needing to wear a mask after being fully vaccinated.  Why are we being told and forced and mocked for not wearing masks if we are fully vaccinated?  Either the vaccines don't work, or something worse is happening here.    

American citizens are noticing that Biden has created an open border on our southern border allowing illegal immigrants from any country who can get there.  This includes terrorists from the Middle East.  Yet, the Biden administration announced that freedom seekers from communist Cuba will not be allowed entry into America.  So Biden is saying that if you are trying to escape communism and wanting capitalism and freedom in America, you are persona non grata.  But if you are MS-13 or child traffickers...come on in.  WT*.

The D.C. police are keeping the J-6 "trespassers" in jail under solitary confinement as if they are political prisoners.  Possibly, the progressives believe anyone who disagrees with them are now political prisoners.  A Democrat legislator in Congress did exactly what the "trespassers" did on J-6, and she is already out of jail, within 24 hours. Meanwhile, six months later, patriots are still under solitary confinement.  Again, where is the ACLU?

Biden has gone there. He is starting to use the words "civil war."  Three times in fact.  He has compared the patriots to the Confederates.  When the president uses language that compares his political opponents to rebels and thus treasonous, it becomes very dangerous to dissent.  Let history record, Biden used the words "civil war" first.  Leftist revisionists of history will ignore this down the road.  One knows certain what the reaction would have been last week if President Trump used the words "civil war."  The populists are noticing the hypocrisy.

Biden has always said the vaccines were voluntary.  But now he is sending workers house to house, as the Gestapo or Chinese soldiers, to "convince" Americans to "take the jab."  Why, if there is nothing wrong with the vaccine, does it take the strong arm of the government to go house-to-house to "convince" Americans to be vaccinated? 

Americans of goodwill are noticing the unfairness and bias between how the summer violent rioters have been treated by the judicial system, compared to how the patriots are being treated because of their political differences with the progressives' Deep State.

Some well-known Trump supporters are saying very big news and that extremely important events will be happening this summer.  They are implying that President Trump will be placed back in office where he was rightfully elected.  Possibly by Labor Day Weekend.  It is hard to see how this occurs, but we are looking around.

Patriots are saying out loud that by August 13, something dramatic happens that creates a tectonic shift in the White House.  The date August 13th is being tossed about freely.  Thus, Americans and especially patriots, need to be fully prepared for a progressive "false flag."  Progressives will not just sit back and say "you caught us" and "we give up."  They will be prepared, much like J-6. 

Once Patriots are convinced after Arizona, then Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin...that the election was stolen, they will not "Let It Be."  Because if they were to "Let It Be,"  meaning the 2020 election to go unchallenged, they know 2022 and 2024 will be the exact same sham.  Fraud to win.

There is a feeling, there is a tension, there is an electricity in the air that something is up. There is a feeling that a great deal is happening below the surface for which we can't see, but can feel.  To paraphrase Stephen Stills in his 1966 song classic; there is something happening here in America today, what it is I'm not clear.  There is a government with guns and jails over there.  And millions of citizens with guns and ammo over here.  (Biden is the one who brought up civil war, Biden)  Everybody needs to stop and look around to see what's going down.  The "battle lines are being drawn" and "step out of line, the men come and take you away."  Stills' foreshadowing classic still resonates and relates especially today.  Maybe today more than in about 50 years.  As human nature and the lust for complete  power does not change, history thus repeats itself, again and again.  What is happening now, we're just not clear.  But be sure to look around, because most assuredly, something is happening now.  For What It's Worth.
