Blogger Reveals What Else Happened While Gorilla Held Child Captive… Media Silent

Since the weekend, the Internet has been outraged over the killing of a gorilla at the Cincinnati Zoo. A small child fell into the ape’s enclosure, and zoo officials decided to kill the ape in order to save the life of the child.
Conservative blogger Matt Walsh wrote a brilliant article for TheBlaze that exposed the deep hypocrisy of those who seemed to think that the gorilla’s life was more important than the child’s.
Many people, not just fringe animal rights activists, have been calling for the boy’s parents to be jailed or for the leadership of the zoo to be prosecuted for the “murder” of the gorilla.

“Only a person with contemptible, perverse values would, even for a moment, question the decision made by the police and the zoo. There is no real controversy here. It is very simple. And anyone who struggles with it is disturbed on a deep, spiritual level,” wrote Walsh.
Walsh then went on to point out that these same people who shed tears over a gorilla none of us knew existed don’t even blink an eye over the disgusting number of abortions performed in the United States on a daily basis.
“On a daily basis, a group of people larger than the population of Provo, Utah, are systematically exterminated. None of them are given a name, and there will be no candlelight vigils for any of these victims,” he wrote.

Walsh then went on to detail the gruesome ways that human children are killed, as opposed to the quick and painless way the gorilla died.
Walsh stated that the only reason this sort of stupidity is happening is because society has moved away from any sort of morality or spirituality. Now we are just a bunch of immoral people more concerned about an animal than about a human life.
It’s truly a sad time for the world, but hopefully things will get better soon. It can’t stay this bad forever.
