Clapper Suggests Mueller Just a Figurehead Who Was Not Involved in Writing ‘His’ Report (VIDEO)
Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper suggested during a Thursday appearance on CNN that Mueller was just a figurehead who was not involved in writing ‘his’ report.
“I think his role as a special prosecutor was a lot more like a CEO where he oversaw the operations but did not engage in interrogating witnesses or actually writing the report.”
If Mueller didn’t write the report, that means the work was left to the anti-Trump zealots that filled Mueller’s team.
Nearly every single prosecutor on Mueller’s team was a Hillary/Obama donor.
Mueller’s lead prosecutor Andrew Weissmann was at Hillary Clinton’s election night funeral and praised former acting AG Sally Yates for refusing to enforce Trump’s presidential order on a travel ban.
Mueller’s other top deputy, Aaron Zebley represented the IT aide who not only set up Hillary Clinton’s private server but also smashed her Blackberrys (under subpoena) with a hammer.
Zebley sat next to Robert Mueller on Wednesday to ‘advise’ the former special counsel. Zebley was well-versed on the 448-page report so he helped Mueller navigate through and answer questions.
Mueller showed Wednesday during the hearing that he had no idea what was in his own report.
At one point Mueller said he was ‘not familiar’ with Fusion GPS, the oppo research firm that Hillary Clinton’s law firm paid to obtain the phony dossier from Christopher Steele.
How is this even possible?
The highly respected conservative columnist Byron York said Mueller’s lack of knowledge about his own report raises questions about the handling of the investigation.
“Mueller’s performance raised questions that reached far beyond one appearance before one committee. It called into doubt the degree to which Mueller was in charge of the entire special counsel investigation,” Byron York wrote.
The Deep State coup cabal knew they had to choose Mueller as their figurehead because he could be passed off as ‘neutral and well-respected’ — so who better than a Republican and former FBI Director who served in Vietnam?
The “Weissmann investigation” or the “Zebley Investigation” just doesn’t have the same ring to it as the “Mueller investigation.”
