As you know, Arizona’s TOP Sheriff Joe Arpaio has been fighting Obama since the first day the Kenyan took office. The famous sheriff has spearheaded investigations into Obama’s birth certificate and lately of course the ILLEGAL AMNESTY that is going to ruin our country!

Sheriff Joe has scored a victory in a ruling by an appellate court in the lawsuit to block Obama’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL executive action on his ILLEGAL AMNESTY for millions!

The order released Wednesday by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said the brief for the appellants is due Jan. 29, and the government’s brief in defense of amnesty will be due March 2.

“Due to the expedited nature of this case, the court will not entertain dispositive motions. The parties should therefore address in their briefs any arguments otherwise properly raised in such motions,” said the order.

“The president does not have the authority to rewrite immigration laws. Legislation and national policy are enacted by Congress, not the president,” said Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, who is representing the famous Arizona sheriff.

Arpaio explained in the original complaint that he’ll be affected directly because he’ll have to deal locally with a multitude of criminals who remain in the U.S. under Obama’s plan rather than being deported and out of his jurisdiction.

“It is a big victory [for] Sheriff Arpaio and, indeed, the American people that the D.C. Circuit recognized the need for this case to be quickly resolved before Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty program goes into full effect this spring,” Klayman said. “There are constitutional issues of great magnitude at stake, and we are confident that the D.C. Circuit will put a legal stop to this illegal activity, which seeks to end-run congressional authority.

This is great news! This means that this nightmare will NOT be swept under the rug-put off forever like fast and furious and Benghazi and the IRS scandal or the VA scandal just to mention a few. 

Obama has contradicted statements on the amount of power that he has from before he was president to the present. He said he couldn’t by-pass congress but that is exactly what he is doing! He said he was bound by the Constitution but I guess he has changed his mind and is breaking the law on a daily basis!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio Scores Big Against Obama Amnesty

Sheriff Joe Arpaio just won a big ruling by an appellate court in his lawsuit to block Obama’s unconstitutional executive action attempt to give amnesty to 5 million of illegals and creating a magnet to attract millions more.
The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington DC fast tracked the suit and warned against delay tactics, ordering Arpaio’s briefs in by January 29, 2015 and Obama’s briefs in by March 2, 2015, adding that the court will not entertain orders to dismiss, meaning this case is going to trial.
This no-nonsense trial schedule allows time for the United States Supreme Court to rule quickly in the likely event Obama appeals to the high court. 
Perhaps the most interesting part of this closely watched case is that evidence that Obama in his own words stated in the past that he does not have the executive authority to take the very action he took.
Finally, the slick talker may very well be indicted by his own words.
