SPREAD THIS: Compare Dems’ New Agenda With “Communist Party USA” Platform… It’s Shocking
For instance, both call for an increase in the minimum wage, an increase in union rights, an increase in the rights of illegal immigrants and an increase in tax breaks for lower-income Americans, who, as a reminder, already contribute a whole lot less to the pie than their better-off peers.
The “Progressive Agenda” also calls for making “Pre-K, after school programs and childcare universal,” while the platform of the Communist Party USA states, “We support public child care starting from infancy, and public education starting at age three.”
Even the rhetoric surrounding the “Progressive Agenda” sounds like something you’d hear from communists.
Rep. Charles Rangel reportedly said that it “could be the beginning of a revolution,” while de Blasio himself asserted that “something is changing in America.”
The whole agenda was written by Columbia University economist Joseph Stiglitz, a guy who proudly took part in the anti-capitalist Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011.
Furthermore, according to WND, Stiglitz holds strong ties to George Soros and in fact “sits on the boards of Soros’ organizations, including one openly seeking to remake the world economy.” Stiglitz also “is a leading proponent of more government regulation of the economy.”
While speaking to the Swiss and Global Asset Management group on September 17, 2010, Stiglitz said that the United States of America was not doing a good job coming to “terms with its standing in the New Global Order.”
And Stiglitz previously served as chairman on the Commission on Global Financial Issues of Socialists International, which just happens to be the world’s largest socialist organization.
The guy could very well be more of a communist than Karl Marx himself, yet he was the man chosen to create the Dems’ brand-spanking new “Progressive Agenda.”
It’s quite scary, though the good news is that at least now we know for certain exactly what the Democrats are planning.
