Constitutional Amendment XXVIII


1. Term Limits: 12 years only, one of the possible options below.

A. Two Six year Senate terms
B. Six Two year House terms
C. One Six year Senate term and three Two Year House terms

2. Congressional Limitations

Congress shall pass no bills which do not apply to all of the citizens of this country. Congress shall pass no bills which apply only to themselves or anyone employed by the United States Government.

3. Congress shall participate in all programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and any others which are imposed on the general population.

4. Congress shall not provide for themselves any program or benefit that is not enjoyed by the general population.

5. Congress may not vote to increase pay for themselves while they remain in office. Any pay raises shall afffect only those who replace them in their position.

6. Congress must equally abide in all laws they impose on the American people.

7. All contracts with past and present congressmen are void effective the first day of January after this amendment is approved.
