This is an open letter and notification to ALL elected representatives on state and federal levels.
We have watched for years as you have systematically destroyed our country, and our ways of life. You have taken incremental steps in your attempts and success, so far.

of President Obama's re-election, has introduced a new "Assault Weapons
Ban". This new ban, is a remake of the old, but much more powerful.
There will be no exclusions for weapons and magazines already in
possession, no grandfathering etc.
Firstly, It needs to be said, that ANY object can become an assault weapon. Any object. What her newly emboldened legislation aims to do, is essentially remove your right to bear any arms, that when looked at very carefully, equate to having nothing more than a flintlock or musket.
Senator Feistein, despite your hypocritical liberal views, you fail to take into consideration the bold truth, and the statistics to back it up, that the average law abiding Citizen, prevents more crimes by simply being armed than all law enforcement personnel combined nation wide. We as citizens, are able to effectively reduce the damage, provided we have not been hindered by ridiculous state and federal laws, that CRIMINALS armed with firearms or any other weapon can commit, and the statistics prove, once again, that police are less effective than the average armed Citizen.
The theater shooting in Colorado, Columbine, etc, have been hyped up by members on both sides of the aisle as an attempt to remove the last vestiges of freedom that we simple peace loving Americans hold dear. To say your desires and tactics are reminiscent of Chairman Mao, Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler would be under playing it, judiciously.
You and your cohorts on every level of government, and in both parties, are holding a match to a fuse that you do not want to light.
Am I advocating violence? No, certainly not. In fact, I am trying very dearly to keep this as diplomatic as possible. You certainly are not helping to make it any easier.
During the attack on Pearl Harbor, Admiral Yamamoto of the Imperial Japanese Navy stated he was afraid they had just awoken a sleeping giant. And he was more than correct. I, am afraid that you and your cohorts are also poking the bear.
To put it in simple english, you and those like you in all levels of government, are precisely what our founding fathers warned us about. And as intelligent men, diplomats first, they gave us several options. We, all Citizens of these United States, have made repeated attempts to get you to understand that your job is simply to represent us, not to rule us. To be quite frank, are throats are sore from having to repeat ourselves. Our patience is running very thin, and your not helping.
We have told ALL of you, that you will not strip us of our right to keep and bear arms, our only means of defending ourselves and our families from those who would wish to do us harm, including those like you, who would attempt to use political force to disarm us and injure us.
Your so-called "Assault Weapons Ban" is a pathetic joke to say the least. It does not matter the size, shape, color, materials, magazine holding capacity etc that makes an assault weapon an assault weapon. One could use a spoon to assault someone, and in doing so, according to your logic, we should ban spoons. Should we not? Your legislation, is a mockery of our founding Republic governing system. Your claims are ridiculous to say the least.
Magazine capacity is another big to do on your new legislation. Does it really make a difference if you have one magazine that can hold ninety rounds of ammunition, or have three 30 round magazines? In the trained hands of any modern day service member, or even recreational shooter, they can use three thirty round magazines in almost the equivalent amount f time it takes to use just ONE of those fancy 90 or 100 round magazines. Or even 9 ten round magazines, it simply does not matter, the fact is, you are attempting to make an outlaw of every American Citizen who posses any type of firearm.
I cannot imagine whether or not you realize this, dearest ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE, but we are not the British, we are not the Australians. We will NOT simply NOT roll over in submission to your liberal, socialist agendas. WE are Americans, we do not back down, we do not give up.
To ATTEMPT to strip us of our Second amendment Rights, will be a tough battle to win.
Pass your legislation, and it can almost be guaranteed, that MANY people will either be injured or suffer a fatality. How can we get you to understand what we have been trying to tell you? Do NOT punish US for the crimes of another. If we set about to reform our judicial and correctional systems, to make it more unappealing for people to go to prison, our crime rate would drop. Unfortunately, because we have bleeding heart liberals in office, such as yourself, you think we can hug and kiss the criminality out of people. I'm sorry to say, it just doesnt work.
Death penalties, hard labor, inhospitable conditions, immediate repercussions for crimes, those are the types of things that solve the problems. If a thief loses a finger or a hand, and repeated offenses, he will certainly know not to steal again. Yet through your state of mind, and those who support your efforts, we should somehow be able to "rehabilitate" them and somehow make them a productive member of society. Im sorry, it just does not work that way.
In as diplomatic fashion as I can muster, I am urging you, to stand down on your attempts to strip away one of the last vestiges of liberty we have. Not going forward with your agenda, would most likely save the lives of many good people.
I sincerely hope you understand, that there are more law abiding gun owners in the United States, than there are Military members and ALL law enforcement of every kind, combined. Thats a staggering number of people who you are going to have to tell that they have to give up their rights and their weapons.....a task you should consider rethinking, very hard.
Yes, some may go quietly into the night and give up their arms, but there are tens of millions who will not. If you proceed and get your assault weapons ban passed, you have, in simplest terms, declared war upon the American people. You also, have put the lives of those who would have to go around to every home, every community, and ATTEMPT to collect those firearms, lives on the line.
Can you live the rest of your life knowing that you have in a sense committed genocide to not only peace loving Americans, but also the Law Enforcement and or Military personnel, who swore oaths, to protect our rights, from people like you? Can the states and federal governments handle the payouts of the life insurance policies? Do the governments have enough flags to lay upon the coffins of every officer or soldier who was sent out on a mission such as the one described, to rape every Citizen of their rights?
I dont believe so..
Would you be comforted to know, those same people who would refuse to give up their arms, might one day, attempt to come after you, and send you to trial for violation of your oath? Violation of the Constitutional rights? Crimes against the American Citizen? Crimes of high treason?
Or, should they not choose to go the diplomatic route, yet choose to use violence, would you be comforted in the thought they might possibly come after you? With no questions asked?
I pray, that you will see the light before you commit to a path of unknown and potentially deadly consequence, and end up destroying not only lives, but our nation as a whole. Please, I urge you to reconsider the idea before you continue your path to get this legislation passed. I pray, you will hopefully understand that we as Americans simply wish to be left alone, to the pursuits of our hearts, the dreams of ours minds, without interference or molestation from people with your Napoleonic mindset. Your legislation, your laws, are archaic to say the least. You would rather the criminal be the victim and the victim be the criminal.
In closing, I wish to say, you are poking the bear. I am one, but I am of one tens of millions, and we do not back down. We will NOT comply and we will NOT obey. WE will NOT be pushed around and treated as if we are some form of subservient mindless drone. Change course before you commit to actions with potentially legal and or lethal consequences, reinstate our constitutional governments, get out of lives, get out of our wallets, religion and our gun safes, before its too late.
