Agenda 21 is an action plan of the United Nations related to “sustainable development” and was an outcome of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992, where 178 governments (including the United States) voted to adopt the program. The number 21 refers to an agenda for the 21st Century. It is a comprehensive blueprint of action to be taken globally, nationally, and locally by organizations of the UN, governments, and major groups in every area in which humans directly affect the environment.
Agenda 21, also known as “sustainable development,” is the United Nations’ vision for the world under their control. It was adopted in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro and implemented by Bill Clinton through executive order after the previous world government sellout, George H.W. Bush, unexpectedly lost his reelection bid.
It is a model for world government by the elites, with total control over the lives of the citizens of the world. Populations will be relocated and newly created “public lands” will be off limits. The new slave populations will live under complete domination by the United Nations elite.
The means through which the U.N. and the elites will insert themselves is the fanatical implementation of their environmental regulations, claiming tremendous calamities awaiting us if we don’t submit to their dominance and taxation.
This map shows the locations which will be permitted for human occupation in America. They are not the red or yellow, open areas which we are accustomed to. They are the small black dots, in which high rise buildings containing masses of concentrated little residences will be grouped together, prison camp style, for the use of the slaves. Most private property such as land, houses and cars will no longer be permitted.
If you think this sounds like a fairy tale, or more correctly, a horror movie, you are right. But do a little research and you will also find that this is also very true. All of the points contained in this article are also included in the 40 chapter book, produced by the U.N. at the Rio Summit in 1992.
