The IRS targeting, abuse and missing email scandal clearly demonstrates that Attorney General Holder is now obstructing justice and has no interest in defending the American people and their First Amendment rights. It is obvious to everyone that there has been a massive effort to obstruct justice at the IRS, including the destruction of evidence. It clearly calls for a criminal investigation. This is now on the level of Richard Nixon and Watergate. The Attorney General is obviously compromised and conflicted. By his refusal to act, Holder has lost all credibility as the nation’s top law enforcement officer. It is time for the Congress to serve the interest of the people for a change and use its constitutional power to remove Holder from office.”
