Hillary Clinton Is OFFICIALLY Getting Charged With THIS… Her Campaigned Is Ruined
The American people have been suspicious of First Lady Hillary Clinton for some time, but the recent revelation that she used a private email address during her time at the head of the State Department has raised some serious questions.
The private email address was part of a private email system located on a private server, meaning that Clinton received zero oversight during her time on the administration. There is also very little knowledge of the content and security of her email.
Now, former judge Andrew Napolitano has come forward with claims that Hillary is most likely in violation of federal law.
According to Fox News, she is facing two potential criminal violations. The first is keeping classified documents in an unsecured location, which is a misdemeanor offense. The second, and more serious felony charge, is potentially concealing documents from government computers. The crime carries a three year sentence per document withheld.
Hillary claims that she has turned nearly 55,000 documents over to the State Department. If those documents contained classified information that should have been secured elsewhere, she could be in some serious trouble.
Now, the documents are also being subpoenaed by Trey Gowdy and the Benghazi Select Committee, which could put Hillary in even more trouble.
