Valerie Jarrett – Obama Wants Your Kids To Be Homosexuals, And They Belong To The Government

The Marxists in the White House are taking the next step in state
control of our children, deciding that we should not instruct our
children that they should behave and grow up in a natural, non-deviant
manner. Obama’s senior adviser Valerie Jarrett posted a statement
Wednesday on the White House website calling for a law or laws which
would prevent parents from being able to have their children counselled
in the pursuit of a heterosexual rather than homosexual orientation.
Aside from failing to respect the parents primary function of instilling values and a moral foundation in their children and the children’s rights to lead a normal, healthy lifestyle, who do these White House Stalin wannabes think they are? Dictating is so unbecoming a “president,’ even one who is an illegitimate, illegal alien or a closet homosexual. As for Ms Jarrett, everything about her is unbecoming.
Jarrett posted, “As part of our dedication to protecting America’s youth, this Administration supports efforts to ban the use of conversion therapy for minors.” She continued to explain and rationalize. “Conversion therapy generally refers to any practices by mental health providers that seek to change an individual’s sexual orientation or gender identity. Often, this practice is used on minors, who lack the legal authority to make their own medical and mental health decisions. We share your concern about its potentially devastating effects on the lives of transgender as well as gay, lesbian, bisexual, and queer youth.”
She called for legislative action by Congress to prohibit parents from having their children be counselled to be heterosexual rather than what she described as “LGBTQ+.” Seeming to be laying the foundation for another executive action for yet another special interest Democrat voter segment, Jarrett said, “While a national ban would require congressional action, we are hopeful that the clarity of the evidence combined with the actions taken by these states will lead to broader action that this Administration would support,” Jarrett said.
She suggested that parents disserve their children when they do not accept them as “LGTQ+.” She’s entitled to her opinion, just as we parents are. She’s expressed hers. Our children are ours. If we choose to have them grow up to be normal in the traditional sense of the word, we will. Her support for mandated perversion is not welcome. She can go peddle that crap in her home country of Iran, they love that kind of thing over there.
Jarrett added, “Family relationships are pivotal to the physical and emotional well-being of any child, including LGBTQ+ youth,” she said. “Every child needs love, support, and acceptance to grow, dream, and thrive. LGBTQ+ youth with supportive families and friends show greater well-being, better general health, and significantly decreased risk for suicide, depression, and substance abuse.
“Countless families and guardians across the country proudly support their LGBTQ+ children,” wrote Jarrett. “Too many LGBTQ+ youth, however, lack this support system, which can have devastating consequences. Negative family reactions to LGBTQ+ youth can be perceived as rejection by children, often contributing to serious health issues and inhibiting a child’s development and well-being. And when it comes to LGBTQ+ youth, some actions by family and caregivers can be harmful, despite even the best intentions.”
Once again the Marxists who believe that our kids belong to the government are falling back upon their traditional humanitarian arguments as a justification for their overreach. Claiming it is the nice or right thing to do doesn’t make it legal and it doesn’t make it right. We could argue that depriving the kids of a normal childhood or of the adult benefits of raising your own family in the natural way is abusive and that Jarrett is advocating on behalf of agenda-based child abuse.
She made the worn out argument that “This Administration believes that young people should be valued for who they are, no matter what they look like, where they’re from, the gender with which they identify, or who they love.” Jarrett is asserting that attempting to steer kids in the right direction in some way diminishes their value. Does teaching them algebra or how to read or the difference between right and wrong reduce their value as much as correcting them on a mistaken sexual identity or does it only apply to values in conflict with the official secular humanist line?
Jarrett’s statement was in response to a petition posted in January on the White House website demanding a law “banning all LGBTQ+ conversion therapy.” The petition had approximately 120,000 signers. It’s not hard to get a response from the White House to successful petitions that match their agenda. If it addresses the criminality of the regime, their multitude of failures, anti-American activities or topics they otherwise choose to avoid, no response will be forthcoming. This item is part of their agenda so naturally, it will be promoted. We can expect such legislation to be introduced soon. As the border is flooded with illegals, this is the type of unimportant diversionary time wasting legislation that will be offered to prevent any real action on the important issues of the day.
