If Limbaugh is Right About Holder’s Resignation We Should All be Terrified!

Rush Limbaugh has a theory about why Eric Holder has decided to resign from his job as Attorney General of the United States, and if he’s right it could mean big problems for the American people.
Limbaugh has a reputation for being politically astute, although controversial at times, and his predictions come true more often than not.
If Limbaugh is Right About Holder's Resignation We Should All be Terrified!
There has been a lot of speculation over why Holder chose to resign now and what new scandal might be lurking under the scummy surface of this administration’s pond of corruption.
One plausible reason as reported by Mad World News, could be that due to a court denying the Department of Justice (DOJ) an additional extension for producing documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal. Another is the idea that by resigning, it would allow Holder to actively campaign for Democrats in the time leading up to the November elections without the constraints of socially moral and ethical behavior required by the position of Attorney General.
The most frightening prospect was suggested by Limbaugh on his show yesterday afternoon, shortly after the news of Holder’s resignation hit the wire.

… [T]here’s also another possibility regarding Eric Holder.  I just want you to prepare yourself.  It may happen.  We still have two years to go.
There may be a Supreme Court vacancy, and I can see Barack Obama nominating Eric Holder to fill it, and it would be much easier for Eric Holder to make the jump from private sector law firm rainmaker after six years at DOJ to the Supreme Court, than from DOJ straight to the Supreme Court.  I don’t know how much that would matter, but don’t rule any of that out. I don’t think there’s any scandal. I don’t think it’s Fast and Furious. I don’t think he’s worried about the Republicans investigating anything if they win the Senate.

Eric Holder on the Supreme Court?! That is indeed a terrifying possibility. The other speculative theories are not nearly as dangerous as this one. If Holder makes it to the Supreme Court we would experience a definitive break-down of the United States Judicial system. He would attempt to use his “Black Panther” ideology to influence our country’s highest court the same way he has in his position at the head of the DOJ.
We will have to wait to see how it all unfolds. Perhaps it will be a trifecta of all three of the aforementioned theories. In any case, I think we can all agree that this situation reeks of subterfuge to high heaven.
